No \u00e2mbito de mudan\u00e7as societ\u00e1rias, as tr\u00eas empresas GmbH anteriormente independentes atuar\u00e3o em conjunto. O Terminal Rhein-Ruhr em Duisburg (RRT) e o terminal em Krefeld (KCT) passar\u00e3o para a HGK Intermodal GmbH. As participa\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores da HGK AG e da neska GmbH no terminal CTS em Col\u00f4nia (um total de 77,5 por cento), que tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 envolvido na DCH D\u00fcsseldorfer Container-Hafen GmbH, ser\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m geridas pela nova empresa, que come\u00e7ar\u00e1 a operar em 1 de agosto de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Conduzimos conversas com muitos de nossos clientes antecipadamente sobre quais estruturas eles precisam para que suas atividades comerciais sejam apoiadas de forma ideal.
