Em 10.000 m<sup>2<\/sup> de \u00e1rea log\u00edstica, est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis 12.000 espa\u00e7os para paletes para o armazenamento de v\u00e1rias subst\u00e2ncias perigosas. Dois setores de armazenamento de 1.500 m<sup>2<\/sup> foram agora equipados com a nova tecnologia de extin\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Buchholz\/Nordheide) Gra\u00e7as ao novo sistema de extin\u00e7\u00e3o de CO<sub>2<\/sub>, a In-Time agora pode armazenar subst\u00e2ncias perigosas das classes de armazenamento LGK 3 e LGK 10, al\u00e9m de aeross\u00f3is das classes LGK 2B e LGK 4.1B. Para isso, est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis duas \u00e1reas de 1.500 m<sup>2<\/sup> com um total de 7.500 espa\u00e7os para paletes. Os custos de investimento para o novo sistema de extin\u00e7\u00e3o somam cerca de dois milh\u00f5es de euros. No in\u00edcio de abril, foi aprovado de acordo com a Lei Federal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao Ar.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Log\u00edstica de subst\u00e2ncias perigosas da regi\u00e3o metropolitana de Hamburgo<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Em 2018, a In-Time construiu novas instala\u00e7\u00f5es ao sul de Hamburgo, na \u00e1rea industrial de Trelder Berg, e inaugurou os primeiros armaz\u00e9ns para subst\u00e2ncias perigosas. J\u00e1 este ano, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o log\u00edstica foi expandida. Em mais de 30.000 m<sup>2<\/sup> de \u00e1rea de armazenamento e log\u00edstica, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o armazenados outros bens sens\u00edveis, como alimentos, produtos farmac\u00eauticos e tecnologia m\u00e9dica. A empresa investiu um total de cerca de 32 milh\u00f5es de euros em edif\u00edcios energeticamente eficientes.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00e1rea para subst\u00e2ncias perigosas abrange um total de 10.000 m<sup>2<\/sup>. Em quatro c\u00e9lulas de subst\u00e2ncias perigosas, por exemplo, desinfetantes, tintas, vernizes, \u00f3leos essenciais e outros l\u00edquidos inflam\u00e1veis, bem como produtos petroqu\u00edmicos e gases qu\u00edmicos, s\u00e3o armazenados de forma segura. Esses materiais s\u00e3o utilizados na ind\u00fastria qu\u00edmica, nas ind\u00fastrias farmac\u00eautica, agro e biotecnol\u00f3gica, na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1quinas e equipamentos, bem como na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1sticos e cosm\u00e9ticos. Os clientes da In-Time v\u00eam principalmente do norte da Alemanha, utilizando o armaz\u00e9m para transbordo dentro da Europa e em todo o mundo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Tecnologia especializada para 11.000 toneladas de subst\u00e2ncias perigosas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Os dois setores do armaz\u00e9m com o novo sistema de extin\u00e7\u00e3o de CO<sub>2<\/sub> servem principalmente para o armazenamento de produtos das classes LGK 3 (&#8220;l\u00edquidos inflam\u00e1veis&#8221;) e LGK 10 (&#8220;l\u00edquidos inflam\u00e1veis que n\u00e3o se enquadram em nenhuma das classes LGK anteriores [1\u20139A]&#8221;). Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o armazenados aqui aeross\u00f3is das classes LGK 2B e LGK 4.1B. Para poder armazenar produtos dessas classes, um sistema de extin\u00e7\u00e3o de CO<sub>2<\/sub> \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio. Nas outras \u00e1reas de armazenamento, s\u00e3o utilizados sistemas de sprinklers de prateleira e de teto.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, todo o armaz\u00e9m de subst\u00e2ncias perigosas est\u00e1 equipado com pisos especiais para conten\u00e7\u00e3o de vazamentos e \u00e1gua de extin\u00e7\u00e3o, reguladores deslizantes para prote\u00e7\u00e3o do len\u00e7ol fre\u00e1tico e do sistema de esgoto, port\u00f5es autom\u00e1ticos e tecnologia de seguran\u00e7a de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o. Sistemas de alarme emitem sinais de alerta aud\u00edveis e vis\u00edveis em caso de inc\u00eandio. Isso \u00e9 especialmente importante para os dois setores de armazenamento que s\u00e3o inundados com CO<sub>2<\/sub>: em caso de inc\u00eandio, os port\u00f5es se fecham automaticamente ap\u00f3s um curto per\u00edodo, o CO<sub>2<\/sub> \u00e9 liberado, desloca o oxig\u00eanio e apaga o fogo. O di\u00f3xido de carbono \u00e9 fornecido a partir de um tanque de CO<sub>2<\/sub> instalado fora do armaz\u00e9m. Este est\u00e1 montado em um dispositivo de pesagem eletr\u00f4nico calibr\u00e1vel, que indica imediatamente quando o agente extintor est\u00e1 escapando.<\/p>\n<p>Gra\u00e7as a essas condi\u00e7\u00f5es estruturais e t\u00e9cnicas com um conceito moderno de sistemas de extin\u00e7\u00e3o, a In-Time pode armazenar quase 11.000 toneladas de subst\u00e2ncias perigosas das classes de armazenamento 2B, 3, 4.1B, 5.1A+B, 6.1A\u2013D, 8A+B e 10\u201313 de acordo com TRGS 510 em diferentes n\u00edveis de prateleira. O armaz\u00e9m atende aos requisitos das classes de risco h\u00eddrico 1\u20133.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Com software LVS, cumprir as exig\u00eancias de subst\u00e2ncias perigosas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>As diretrizes para o armazenamento de subst\u00e2ncias perigosas tamb\u00e9m incluem limites de quantidade e proibi\u00e7\u00f5es de armazenamento conjunto de acordo com TRGS 510. Para poder observar as quantidades exigidas e os armazenamentos separados, a In-Time utiliza como sistema de gerenciamento de armaz\u00e9m (LVS) a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de software DILOS da REMIRA. &#8220;Assim, podemos planejar j\u00e1 antes da entrega de novos produtos em qual \u00e1rea de armazenamento eles ir\u00e3o. E sabemos com anteced\u00eancia se podemos aceit\u00e1-los devido aos limites de quantidade existentes ou se precisamos adiar o armazenamento&#8221;, explica Jonas Gienow, gerente de projeto da In-Time. &#8220;Al\u00e9m disso, o sistema DILOS exporta diariamente um relat\u00f3rio sobre os estoques atuais de subst\u00e2ncias perigosas para o corpo de bombeiros local.
