Um fabricante da Brandemburgo conseguiu, assim, aumentar suas exporta\u00e7\u00f5es e estabilizar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das rampas.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Munique\/Wittenberge\/Hamburgo) No in\u00edcio do projeto, houve o pedido de um carregador renomado para transferir o pr\u00e9-transporte mar\u00edtimo de um fabricante da Brandemburgo para Hamburgo, a 150 km de dist\u00e2ncia, por raz\u00f5es ecol\u00f3gicas, da estrada para a ferrovia.<\/p>\n<p>Uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o feita por Dirk Wessels, diretor-geral da Robert Kukla Hamburg, revelou a necessidade de mais melhorias, mesmo al\u00e9m da desejada transfer\u00eancia: &#8220;A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das rampas n\u00e3o era ideal devido \u00e0 depend\u00eancia da situa\u00e7\u00e3o do tr\u00e1fego na autoestrada e \u00e0 disponibilidade de cont\u00eaineres vazios nos portos mar\u00edtimos. Em alguns casos, apenas bem mais da metade das 20 cargas planejadas diariamente podiam ser realizadas. A log\u00edstica, portanto, tornou-se simultaneamente o fator limitante para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>O conceito desenvolvido por Wessels consiste em v\u00e1rios componentes. Inclui duas rotas semanais de comboio completo entre Wittenberge e os portos mar\u00edtimos de Hamburgo e Bremerhaven \u2013 com cont\u00eaineres cheios a caminho e cont\u00eaineres vazios de volta. Os 50 km restantes at\u00e9 o fabricante s\u00e3o cobertos por dois caminh\u00f5es movidos a GNV que operam em shuttle. Assim, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte \u00e9 completamente sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Dep\u00f3sito de cont\u00eaineres vazios se aproxima do interior<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Uma mudan\u00e7a significativa ocorreu nesse contexto para o dep\u00f3sito de cont\u00eaineres vazios do porto mar\u00edtimo. &#8220;N\u00f3s o transferimos para o terminal em Wittenberge, a fim de estabilizar a disponibilidade dos cont\u00eaineres vazios. Se necess\u00e1rio, agora podemos tamb\u00e9m fornecer dentro de tr\u00eas horas&#8221;, diz Wessels sobre a flexibilidade.<\/p>\n<p>Com at\u00e9 700 vagas para cont\u00eaineres de 40 p\u00e9s, o terminal operado pela ElbePort Wittenberge tamb\u00e9m serve como um armaz\u00e9m intermedi\u00e1rio. Atrasos nos navios levam repetidamente \u00e0 necessidade de ajustar o pr\u00e9-transporte da partida atual do navio. &#8220;O dep\u00f3sito de cont\u00eaineres vazios nas proximidades tamb\u00e9m possibilitou uma utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o otimizada das rampas e o cumprimento dos hor\u00e1rios reservados&#8221;, descreve Wessels o papel central. A cada uma hora e meia, os dois caminh\u00f5es movidos a GNV circulam entre Wittenberge e o fabricante. Devido \u00e0 curta dist\u00e2ncia, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais atrasos e as rampas dispon\u00edveis podem ser utilizadas com mais de 20 cargas por dia. Anteriormente, os cont\u00eaineres vazios chegavam de caminh\u00e3o diretamente do porto mar\u00edtimo e, devido a congestionamentos nos terminais do porto e \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o do tr\u00e1fego na rota, nem sempre chegavam a tempo para a carga no local.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Problema de capacidade resolvido<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;O gargalo na rampa foi eliminado&#8221;, comemora Wessels. Assim, o fabricante conseguiu estabilizar suas exporta\u00e7\u00f5es e crescer de forma mais planejada. Este resultado, na vis\u00e3o de Wessels, tamb\u00e9m pode servir de modelo para outros transportes de curta dist\u00e2ncia: &#8220;Este sistema se confirmou como uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte sustent\u00e1vel, est\u00e1vel e robusta.&#8221; Segundo estimativas de Wessels, vale a pena considerar tais conceitos com um pr\u00f3prio comboio completo tamb\u00e9m em dist\u00e2ncias mais curtas, pois, por um lado, os cont\u00eaineres vazios s\u00e3o armazenados nas proximidades do fabricante, permitindo assim uma capacidade de carga planej\u00e1vel.
