Enquanto o novo armaz\u00e9m de cont\u00eaineres, recentemente inaugurado, tem uma demanda alta, a empresa de reloca\u00e7\u00e3o planeja a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um edif\u00edcio de escrit\u00f3rios e de um armaz\u00e9m no mesmo local. Com um livro de pedidos cheio para o primeiro semestre, a HARDER Logistics come\u00e7ou o ano de 2023. O diretor executivo Marcello Danieli tamb\u00e9m faz um balan\u00e7o positivo do ano passado.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm) Danieli est\u00e1 especialmente satisfeito com o sucesso do armaz\u00e9m de cont\u00eaineres totalmente automatizado, inaugurado em junho de 2022, em Neu-Ulm. &#8220;A demanda \u00e9 alta, especialmente pelo aplicativo que permite aos usu\u00e1rios acessar seus cont\u00eaineres de forma aut\u00f4noma 24\/7. Com cerca de 190 cont\u00eaineres, o armaz\u00e9m j\u00e1 est\u00e1 75% reservado.&#8221; O empres\u00e1rio espera uma ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o total at\u00e9 meados de 2024. Isso tamb\u00e9m depende da escassez atual de cont\u00eaineres de armazenamento dispon\u00edveis no mercado. Para disponibilizar as caixas de forma mais flex\u00edvel para os clientes, a empresa investiu recentemente meio milh\u00e3o de euros em um ve\u00edculo de guindaste, que ser\u00e1 entregue nesta primavera. A HARDER Logistics planeja, a m\u00e9dio prazo, expandir o armaz\u00e9m de cont\u00eaineres, dobrando o n\u00famero de vagas de 250 para 500.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Dois a tr\u00eas grandes projetos por m\u00eas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>As \u00e1reas de neg\u00f3cios de reloca\u00e7\u00e3o, mudan\u00e7as de objetos, reloca\u00e7\u00e3o industrial e limpeza (restaura\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis ao estado original) tiveram um desenvolvimento desproporcionalmente bom no ano passado. &#8220;Em m\u00e9dia, al\u00e9m das opera\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias, gerenciamos cerca de dois a tr\u00eas grandes projetos por m\u00eas. Por exemplo, atualmente estamos acompanhando o fechamento da f\u00e1brica do fabricante de conservas de peixe Hawesta em L\u00fcbeck com nossas atividades de limpeza, bem como a reloca\u00e7\u00e3o parcial de linhas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o para a R\u00fcgenfisch em Sa\u00dfnitz&#8221;, relata Danieli. Outro foco em 2022 foram as atividades log\u00edsticas para hospitais. Assim, a empresa de reloca\u00e7\u00e3o assumiu, entre outras coisas, a mudan\u00e7a do Sana-Klinikum, com cerca de 400 leitos de pacientes, para um novo edif\u00edcio dentro de Biberach. Outro projeto foi a reloca\u00e7\u00e3o completa da antiga cl\u00ednica pulmonar de St. Blasien, que hoje opera sob o nome de Cl\u00ednica Pulmonar Breisgau, de um edif\u00edcio hist\u00f3rico para Waldkirch, a 75 km de dist\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Estrat\u00e9gia ambiental continuada de forma consistente<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Pelo quarto ano consecutivo, a empresa de reloca\u00e7\u00e3o conseguiu, com a ajuda de medidas de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o, apresentar um resultado clim\u00e1tico neutro. &#8220;Nosso objetivo \u00e9 continuar a alinhar nossa estrat\u00e9gia ambiental de forma consistente, para nos tornarmos rapidamente clim\u00e1ticamente positivos&#8221;, diz Danieli. A transi\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 40 ve\u00edculos de manuseio de materiais para motores el\u00e9tricos est\u00e1 bastante avan\u00e7ada. Cerca de 95% dos empilhadores j\u00e1 est\u00e3o sendo operados com eletricidade. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 frota de cerca de 30 ve\u00edculos, Danieli tende a optar pela mobilidade el\u00e9trica para transportes de curta dist\u00e2ncia e a utilizar caminh\u00f5es movidos a hidrog\u00eanio para longas dist\u00e2ncias, embora uma decis\u00e3o final ainda esteja pendente. &#8220;Investiremos em ve\u00edculos de mudan\u00e7a el\u00e9tricos assim que a capacidade de carregamento el\u00e9trico em nossa localiza\u00e7\u00e3o estiver adequadamente garantida. A partir de 2025, caminh\u00f5es movidos a hidrog\u00eanio devem ser adicionados, desde que a tecnologia esteja madura at\u00e9 l\u00e1&#8221;, planeja Danieli.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Investimento em armaz\u00e9m log\u00edstico e edif\u00edcio de escrit\u00f3rios planejado<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Operar a empresa de forma clim\u00e1ticamente positiva est\u00e1 se tornando uma realidade assim que a pr\u00f3xima fase de constru\u00e7\u00e3o no novo local for conclu\u00edda. No terreno ao lado do armaz\u00e9m de cont\u00eaineres, um armaz\u00e9m log\u00edstico e um edif\u00edcio de escrit\u00f3rios ser\u00e3o constru\u00eddos, de modo que todas as atividades possam ser geridas centralmente a partir de um \u00fanico local. Uma s\u00e9rie de medidas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o implementadas e uma grande instala\u00e7\u00e3o fotovoltaica ser\u00e1 instalada para se tornar independente de fornecedores de energia.
