O novo LHM 600 HR refor\u00e7a uma frota existente de quatro outros guindastes m\u00f3veis Liebherr. Ele \u00e9 destinado \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o de cont\u00eaineres e dever\u00e1 estar em funcionamento 24 horas por dia. A fiabilidade e flexibilidade do guindaste, bem como a confian\u00e7a no servi\u00e7o, foram as principais raz\u00f5es para o cliente continuar a investir em m\u00e1quinas Liebherr.<\/h5>\n<p>(Rostock\/Salerno) O Terminal de Cont\u00eaineres de Salerno, abreviado SCT, \u00e9 um ponto mar\u00edtimo que conecta as redes de transporte de cont\u00eaineres globais aos mercados de importa\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o do sul e centro da It\u00e1lia. O porto de Salerno foi inaugurado em 1977 com o primeiro navio de cont\u00eaineres e hoje \u00e9 uma das principais instala\u00e7\u00f5es portu\u00e1rias italianas, fornecendo mais de 40% dos consumidores do pa\u00eds. O SCT j\u00e1 possui uma variedade de Equipamentos Portu\u00e1rios Liebherr e guindastes m\u00f3veis portu\u00e1rios, incluindo dois LHM 800 e dois LHM 600, ambos na vers\u00e3o High Rise ou HR.<\/p>\n<p>O novo guindaste est\u00e1 equipado com uma extens\u00e3o de torre de 12 metros. Guindastes desse tipo beneficiam de uma melhor visibilidade da carga\/cont\u00eainer devido a uma cabine mais alta, que no caso do novo guindaste \u00e9 de 37,1 metros. O ponto de articula\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 mais alto, permitindo atender navios maiores. Com o maior alcance do guindaste, mais filas de cont\u00eaineres podem ser manuseadas. O novo guindaste tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 equipado com spreaders de dupla eleva\u00e7\u00e3o VDL com <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-22237 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Liebherr_21.1.23_2-164x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"622\" \/> uma capacidade de 2 x 32,5 toneladas. O guindaste \u00e9, portanto, forte o suficiente para levantar dois cont\u00eaineres ao mesmo tempo. Isso permite uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o especialmente eficiente no manuseio de cont\u00eaineres. Al\u00e9m disso, um tempo de entrega notavelmente r\u00e1pido foi alcan\u00e7ado nesta entrega: o pedido foi conclu\u00eddo em novembro e o guindaste foi entregue ao SCT em 29 de dezembro de 2022.<\/p>\n<h5>Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de uma alta efici\u00eancia operacional<\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;A competitividade dos portos hoje n\u00e3o \u00e9 mais medida apenas pelo volume de tr\u00e1fego&#8221;, explica Agostino Gallozzi, presidente do Terminal de Cont\u00eaineres de Salerno. &#8220;O chamado \u00edndice de conectividade est\u00e1 se tornando cada vez mais importante, ou seja, o n\u00famero de diferentes mercados no mundo para os quais o porto pode garantir uma conex\u00e3o mar\u00edtima em benef\u00edcio das empresas locais. O uso de guindastes m\u00f3veis Liebherr \u00e9 inestim\u00e1vel para manter uma alta efici\u00eancia operacional e capacidade comercial. E nossos investimentos cont\u00ednuos nessas m\u00e1quinas nos ajudaram a alcan\u00e7ar um crescimento direcionado e a obter um \u00edndice de conectividade muito mais forte.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5>Destinado a opera\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua<\/h5>\n<p>O novo LHM 600 HR ir\u00e1 refor\u00e7ar o cais para o manuseio de cont\u00eaineres e \u00e9 destinado \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua. O guindaste m\u00f3vel portu\u00e1rio tem um alcance de 58 metros e \u00e9 um componente importante da infraestrutura portu\u00e1ria do SCT, que at\u00e9 agora tem sido apoiada por quatro outros guindastes m\u00f3veis Liebherr. Dois desses guindastes podem atender navios Post-Panamax e s\u00e3o capazes de manusear at\u00e9 22 filas de cont\u00eaineres transversalmente, o que corresponde a uma capacidade de navio de 15.000 TEU. O SCT opera continuamente durante todo o ano. O tr\u00e1fego de cont\u00eaineres aumentou no final de 2022, incluindo um crescimento de TEU de 11,64% e 11,16% em outubro e novembro, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>O SCT continuou a investir em sua infraestrutura portu\u00e1ria e agora registra uma m\u00e9dia de 21 desembarques de navios de cont\u00eaineres por semana.
