Um in\u00edcio simb\u00f3lico da constru\u00e7\u00e3o marcou o in\u00edcio das extensas obras. O prestador de servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos est\u00e1 a realizar, em um terreno de 4.500 metros quadrados, diretamente ao lado de sua localiza\u00e7\u00e3o anterior, um novo centro log\u00edstico com silos anexos.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Greven\/Wesel) Com a expans\u00e3o, a GREIWING ter\u00e1 um total de 14.150 lugares para paletes. O novo edif\u00edcio estabelece padr\u00f5es em termos de sustentabilidade. Trata-se de uma casa de efici\u00eancia 40 EE. Al\u00e9m disso, cerca de toda a necessidade de eletricidade ser\u00e1 coberta por um sistema fotovoltaico. Com esta medida, ser\u00e3o criados onze novos postos de trabalho, de modo que a GREIWING, com a conclus\u00e3o prevista para agosto de 2023, empregar\u00e1 55 colaboradores em Wesel.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Com a expans\u00e3o de nossas capacidades em Wesel, estamos, por um lado, respondendo \u00e0 crescente demanda da ind\u00fastria de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1sticos. Por outro lado, com esta medida, pretendemos atender ainda melhor e de forma mais eficiente \u00e0s exig\u00eancias e necessidades de nossos clientes e contratantes&#8221;, diz J\u00fcrgen Greiwing, s\u00f3cio-gerente da GREIWING logistics for you GmbH. Ap\u00f3s 2014, esta \u00e9 a segunda grande expans\u00e3o da localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Wesel. Em 2010, o prestador de servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos inaugurou l\u00e1 a \u00fanica t\u00e9cnica de granula\u00e7\u00e3o da Alemanha.<\/p>\n<h5>Transbordo de produtos a granel<\/h5>\n<p>O novo im\u00f3vel log\u00edstico consistir\u00e1 em um galp\u00e3o com uma \u00e1rea total de 2.500 metros quadrados. O portf\u00f3lio de servi\u00e7os inclui armazenamento, classifica\u00e7\u00e3o, homogeneiza\u00e7\u00e3o e secagem, bem como embalagem, paletiza\u00e7\u00e3o e rotulagem. Al\u00e9m disso, a GREIWING assume, em ruas de silo separadas, o transbordo de produtos a granel de sacos, octabins, barris ou Big Bags para silos rodovi\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>Construir de forma sustent\u00e1vel \u00e9 uma prioridade para a Greiwing. Assim, o edif\u00edcio ser\u00e1 constru\u00eddo com base nas diretrizes da KfW e precisar\u00e1 de apenas 40% da energia prim\u00e1ria de um edif\u00edcio compar\u00e1vel. Como pelo menos 55% da energia necess\u00e1ria para o aquecimento e resfriamento prov\u00e9m de fontes de energia renov\u00e1veis, ele atinge a classe de efici\u00eancia 40 EE. Um sistema fotovoltaico ser\u00e1 instalado no telhado do galp\u00e3o para fornecer energia de forma aut\u00f4noma para toda a instala\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como para as esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carregamento dos empilhadores el\u00e9tricos. Al\u00e9m disso, ser\u00e1 instalada uma bomba de calor ar-\u00e1gua para uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente do calor. &#8220;\u00c9 natural para n\u00f3s, como empresa familiar, considerar sempre a quest\u00e3o da sustentabilidade ao planejar um novo edif\u00edcio e implementar o maior n\u00famero poss\u00edvel de medidas para reduzir nossa pegada de CO2&#8221;, diz Greiwing.<\/p>\n<h5>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel como tema central<\/h5>\n<p>O projeto de constru\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizado em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Br\u00fcninghoff GmbH &amp; Co.
