No chamado &#8220;@ILO-Terminal&#8221;, \u00e9 criado automaticamente e em tempo real um retrato digital completo de todas as unidades de carga, ativos e processos de um armaz\u00e9m de transbordo. Isso acelera os processos de entrada e sa\u00edda e sempre fornece informa\u00e7\u00f5es atualizadas sobre a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de cada unidade de carga. Isso beneficia os colaboradores comerciais, motoristas, bem como os funcion\u00e1rios de planejamento e atendimento ao cliente.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Kempten\/Dortmund) A inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica j\u00e1 est\u00e1 se mostrando eficaz nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es de transbordo das filiais da Dachser em Unterschlei\u00dfheim, perto de Munique, e \u00d6hringen, perto de Heilbronn. @ILO significa &#8220;Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Internas Avan\u00e7adas&#8221; e \u00e9 um projeto de pesquisa do DACHSER Enterprise Lab, que o prestador de servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos opera em conjunto com o Instituto Fraunhofer de Fluxo de Materiais e Log\u00edstica (IML). O cora\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto \u00e9 o software @ILO desenvolvido em conjunto. Algoritmos baseados em IA interpretam os dados capturados em intervalos de segundos por unidades de escaneamento \u00f3ptico, para identificar, localizar e, no futuro, medir automaticamente todas as unidades de carga. Isso cria uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o completa e sempre atualizada do armaz\u00e9m e de seus processos \u2013 um chamado &#8216;g\u00eameo digital&#8217;. Este deve, no futuro, fornecer dados em tempo real sobre cada remessa paletizada na rede de transporte europeia da Dachser.<\/p>\n<h5>Digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o consistente<\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Com a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o consistente de nossos processos centrais, podemos melhorar ainda mais nossos servi\u00e7os&#8221;, explica Burkhard Eling, CEO da Dachser. &#8220;N\u00e3o estamos apenas apostando nas tecnologias mais modernas, mas tamb\u00e9m queremos \u2013 como no @ILO-Terminal \u2013 levar nossos colaboradores para o mundo digital. Com muito conhecimento, ideias e, acima de tudo, paix\u00e3o, as equipes de ci\u00eancia e pr\u00e1tica tornaram a Internet das Coisas e a vis\u00e3o da Log\u00edstica 4.0 uma realidade tamb\u00e9m na log\u00edstica de carga fracionada.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente autom\u00e1tica e localiza\u00e7\u00e3o precisa<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>No Terminal @ILO, as unidades de carga s\u00e3o identificadas automaticamente ao entrar, permanecer e sair, e registradas no sistema de gerenciamento de transporte. Os processos manuais de escaneamento de c\u00f3digos de barras e a rotulagem adicional das unidades de carga s\u00e3o eliminados. A base tecnol\u00f3gica do sistema s\u00e3o c\u00f3digos de matriz de dados bidimensionais na parte superior de cada unidade de carga, que servem como identificadores, al\u00e9m de v\u00e1rias centenas de unidades de escaneamento \u00f3ptico na \u00e1rea do teto dos armaz\u00e9ns, que cobrem todo o ch\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Isso tamb\u00e9m permite a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o precisa de todas as paletes em tempo real nos frequentemente enormes armaz\u00e9ns de transbordo do tamanho de campos de futebol. Os locais de envio, bem como a posi\u00e7\u00e3o dos ve\u00edculos de transporte, podem ser visualizados em tempo real e exibidos em sites, aplicativos ou displays m\u00f3veis, juntamente com informa\u00e7\u00f5es de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para o transporte interno, o que melhora significativamente a transpar\u00eancia no armaz\u00e9m, al\u00e9m de acelerar os processos de busca e carregamento.<\/p>\n<p>Uma novidade \u00e9 a chamada &#8220;uni\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica&#8221; dos ve\u00edculos de transporte (FFZ) e unidades de carga. O sistema @ILO reconhece automaticamente a captura de uma palete por um FFZ e transmite informa\u00e7\u00f5es em tempo real sobre a respectiva unidade de carga para os colaboradores atrav\u00e9s de displays. Essa funcionalidade tamb\u00e9m economiza tempo de processo e pode redesenhar os fluxos de trabalho no armaz\u00e9m de transbordo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Medidas permanentes das unidades de carga<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Outro destaque tecnol\u00f3gico do Terminal @ILO deve ser, no futuro, a medi\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente autom\u00e1tica e permanente de todas as unidades de carga. J\u00e1 em opera\u00e7\u00e3o piloto, o sistema pode determinar as dimens\u00f5es das unidades de carga com alta precis\u00e3o. Quando o sistema estiver completamente pronto para uso pr\u00e1tico, os dados de volume obtidos poder\u00e3o ser utilizados, entre outras coisas, por algoritmos inteligentes para apoiar motoristas e colaboradores no armaz\u00e9m de transbordo no planejamento de carregamentos e rotas, aumentando ainda mais a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de plataformas de troca, reboques e ve\u00edculos de transporte local. Isso resultaria em uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos quil\u00f4metros de transporte e, assim, na preven\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h5>Processos no terminal ainda mais eficientes<\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;J\u00e1 nos primeiros testes, as vantagens pr\u00e1ticas do @ILO-Terminal se mostraram claramente&#8221;, relata Alexander Tonn, COO de Log\u00edstica Rodovi\u00e1ria da Dachser. &#8220;Os colegas economizam tempo valioso com o sistema e podem tornar os processos no terminal ainda mais eficientes.
