Para seu cliente de longa data CBR Fashion, conhecido pelas marcas Cecil e Street One, o prestador de servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos est\u00e1 desenvolvendo um sistema de fluxo de materiais automatizado e flex\u00edvel, que atende \u00e0s crescentes demandas e previs\u00f5es de crescimento. Para isso, a Fiege est\u00e1 construindo uma nova torre de picking na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Burgwedel, onde a partir do ver\u00e3o de 2023, inicialmente 100 rob\u00f4s m\u00f3veis aut\u00f4nomos (AMR) apoiar\u00e3o a coleta de roupas e ajudar\u00e3o a reduzir os tempos de processamento.<\/p>\n<p>A Fiege trabalha para a CBR Fashion h\u00e1 15 anos e \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel, al\u00e9m do armazenamento e cumprimento, tamb\u00e9m pelo transporte na \u00faltima milha. Stephan Wittenbrink, diretor administrativo da unidade de neg\u00f3cios Fashion &amp; Lifestyle da Fiege, diz: &#8220;Para aumentar nosso desempenho diante do aumento dos volumes de pedidos, precis\u00e1vamos otimizar os processos e estruturas que, em parte, cresceram historicamente. Com o uso de rob\u00f4s colaborativos, agora estamos criando um sistema de coleta escal\u00e1vel que atende perfeitamente \u00e0s necessidades individuais de nosso cliente.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5>Contrato foi recentemente renovado<\/h5>\n<p>O contrato com a empresa de moda de Isernhagen foi recentemente renovado. Patrick Maack, chefe de log\u00edstica do CBR Fashion Group, explica: &#8220;Crescemos muito nos \u00faltimos anos e, no ver\u00e3o, lan\u00e7amos a nova marca Street One Men, al\u00e9m de nossas marcas de moda feminina. Com uma \u00e1rea de 6.000 metros quadrados, ela oferece quase 150.000 locais de armazenamento. A partir de agosto, inicialmente 100 AMR estar\u00e3o em opera\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00e1, com o n\u00famero previsto para aumentar para quase 170 rob\u00f4s at\u00e9 2027. Como parceiro do projeto, o prestador de servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos de Greven optou pela Locus Robotics. Wittenbrink diz: &#8220;O sistema pronto para o mercado permite uma integra\u00e7\u00e3o simples e r\u00e1pida. Com o programa Robots-as-a-Service, que inclui n\u00e3o apenas o uso, mas tamb\u00e9m manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e suporte, eliminamos altos custos de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o, raz\u00e3o pela qual j\u00e1 esperamos um retorno sobre o investimento no primeiro ano.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5>Pessoas interagem alternadamente com rob\u00f4s<\/h5>\n<p>Na torre de picking, o trabalho ser\u00e1 realizado em \u00e1reas de coleta fixas, que abrangem apenas alguns corredores. As dist\u00e2ncias entre as zonas ser\u00e3o cobertas pelos AMR. Os colaboradores interagem assim alternadamente com diferentes rob\u00f4s, que processam seis pedidos em paralelo. Com base em uma etiqueta RFID, os AMR reconhecem qual colega est\u00e1 diante deles e evitam barreiras lingu\u00edsticas por meio de seu software multil\u00edngue.
