Na primeira metade do programa DaziT, v\u00e1rias solu\u00e7\u00f5es digitais foram implementadas. A digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre em estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com os pa\u00edses vizinhos e com o objetivo de facilitar e acelerar a passagem de fronteira. O mais recente desenvolvimento est\u00e1 sendo implementado atualmente na Alf\u00e2ndega Sul. Projeto piloto na fronteira com a It\u00e1lia.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berna(Chiasso\/Stabio) Em um projeto piloto com a It\u00e1lia, a emiss\u00e3o do atual formul\u00e1rio em papel foi abolida, eliminando assim um obst\u00e1culo significativo no caminho para a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o completa das formalidades aduaneiras. Desde o in\u00edcio do programa de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o DaziT em 1 de janeiro de 2018, v\u00e1rias aplica\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 foram implementadas. Essas novas solu\u00e7\u00f5es digitais simplificam os procedimentos aduaneiros e aceleram a passagem de fronteira de mercadorias comerciais. Ao mesmo tempo, a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o melhora a efici\u00eancia e a efic\u00e1cia dos controles realizados pelo BAZG. A redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos regulat\u00f3rios para a economia e o fortalecimento da seguran\u00e7a da Su\u00ed\u00e7a s\u00e3o dois dos principais objetivos do programa DaziT. A digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre passo a passo (m\u00e9todo \u00e1gil) e em estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com os pa\u00edses vizinhos.<\/p>\n<h5>Integra\u00e7\u00e3o no servi\u00e7o de ped\u00e1gio da UE<\/h5>\n<p>O estado atual da digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da alf\u00e2ndega foi apresentado \u00e0 m\u00eddia hoje em Chiasso, com base no exemplo da Alf\u00e2ndega Sul. O projeto piloto com a It\u00e1lia e a intera\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados intermedi\u00e1rios do DaziT mostram como a alf\u00e2ndega ser\u00e1 em toda a Su\u00ed\u00e7a ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do programa DaziT. A integra\u00e7\u00e3o da Su\u00ed\u00e7a no servi\u00e7o de ped\u00e1gio eletr\u00f4nico compat\u00edvel em toda a Europa da UE (European Electronic Toll Service, EETS) permite o pagamento autom\u00e1tico da taxa de transporte de mercadorias pesadas (LSVA) com base no desempenho. No que diz respeito aos procedimentos aduaneiros, os aplicativos Activ e Periodic facilitam a passagem de fronteira, sem que o motorista do caminh\u00e3o precise sair do ve\u00edculo. A mais recente inova\u00e7\u00e3o foi implementada em estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a It\u00e1lia: a ren\u00fancia ao formul\u00e1rio em papel que cada motorista de caminh\u00e3o preenchia manualmente na fronteira elimina um obst\u00e1culo significativo no caminho para a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao utilizar as novas solu\u00e7\u00f5es digitais, os transportes de mercadorias podem usar as faixas r\u00e1pidas, que foram estabelecidas levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o as possibilidades geogr\u00e1ficas locais.<\/p>\n<h5>Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o nos escrit\u00f3rios de alf\u00e2ndega de Chiasso e Stabio<\/h5>\n<p>Os novos procedimentos que foram implementados em Stabio e Chiasso j\u00e1 est\u00e3o mostrando resultados. At\u00e9 o momento, mais de 40% das viagens de tr\u00e2nsito est\u00e3o sendo realizadas pela faixa r\u00e1pida em ambos os pontos de passagem de fronteira. Isso significa que esses transportes de mercadorias n\u00e3o precisam mais parar para quest\u00f5es administrativas na alf\u00e2ndega, mas apenas em caso de controle.<\/p>\n<h5>Continua\u00e7\u00e3o do DaziT at\u00e9 o final de 2026<\/h5>\n<p>O programa DaziT ser\u00e1 continuado at\u00e9 o final de 2026. Entre 2023 e 2025, as principais aplica\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o implementadas, incluindo o novo sistema de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias Passar, o novo sistema de controle de fronteira com o sistema de Entrada\/Sa\u00edda e a nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de cobran\u00e7a da taxa de transporte de mercadorias pesadas (LSVA).
