No antigo terreno militar em Kitzingen, na Baviera, a Scannell Properties Alemanha anunciou que o segundo im\u00f3vel log\u00edstico especulativo, com um total de 23.500 m\u00b2, foi alugado com sucesso. Este \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m o 10\u00ba projeto na Alemanha desde o in\u00edcio do mercado em 2019. A Scannell tem na Alemanha uma pipeline de projetos de at\u00e9 120.000 m\u00b2 em v\u00e1rios locais.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(D\u00fcsseldorf\/Kitzingen) Um terceiro edif\u00edcio especulativo com cerca de 7.000 m\u00b2 ainda pode ser desenvolvido e alugado no “Industrie Park Kitzingen” da Scannell. A Scannell Properties oferece op\u00e7\u00f5es flex\u00edveis para adaptar o im\u00f3vel log\u00edstico \u00e0s necessidades do futuro inquilino. O design do edif\u00edcio ser\u00e1 ajustado \u00e0s altas exig\u00eancias dos processos log\u00edsticos modernos e aos atuais padr\u00f5es ecol\u00f3gicos. Como em todos os edif\u00edcios do “Industrie Park Kitzingen”, os usu\u00e1rios tamb\u00e9m se beneficiam de uma alta disponibilidade de empregos na regi\u00e3o, bem como de r\u00e1pidas conex\u00f5es a Nuremberga, Estugarda ou Frankfurt.
