O projeto \u00e9 financiado no \u00e2mbito do programa de apoio a Tecnologias Inovadoras de Portos (IHATEC) pelo Minist\u00e9rio Federal de Digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Transporte (BMDV).<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburgo) O objetivo do projeto de pesquisa &#8220;Pin-Handling-mR&#8221; \u00e9 o desenvolvimento e demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o do manuseio dos pinos dobr\u00e1veis em vag\u00f5es de cont\u00eainer com a ajuda de um sistema de rob\u00f3tica m\u00f3vel aut\u00f4nomo. Atualmente, esses pinos ainda precisam ser operados manualmente antes da carga dos trens. Eles est\u00e3o instalados em diferentes posi\u00e7\u00f5es nos vag\u00f5es de cont\u00eainer e s\u00e3o levantados ou movidos dependendo do tamanho do cont\u00eainer. Este processo, que consome muito tempo, dever\u00e1 ser realizado no futuro por um rob\u00f4 m\u00f3vel que operar\u00e1 os pinos com a ajuda de um bra\u00e7o rob\u00f3tico.<\/p>\n<p>Juntamente com o Fraunhofer CML e em estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com suas subsidi\u00e1rias, a HHLA persegue o objetivo do projeto de desenvolver um prot\u00f3tipo aut\u00f4nomo do rob\u00f4 m\u00f3vel e test\u00e1-lo em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais. Em um per\u00edodo de dois anos e meio, tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 desenvolvida uma software para a rob\u00f3tica, que ter\u00e1 uma interface com o sistema de log\u00edstica portu\u00e1ria. Desta forma, o Pin-Handling poder\u00e1 ser monitorado e controlado a partir da sala de controle.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos de terminal <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Jens Hansen, Diretor de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es da HHLA, enfatiza a import\u00e2ncia do projeto para o grupo HHLA: &#8220;O desenvolvimento de um Pin-Handling automatizado tamb\u00e9m nos ajuda a otimizar processos de terminal e reduzir custos de transporte no tr\u00e1fego de hinterland do porto mar\u00edtimo. Com a solu\u00e7\u00e3o inovadora de rob\u00f3tica m\u00f3vel, tamb\u00e9m podemos melhorar o ambiente de trabalho e, em particular, a seguran\u00e7a no trabalho para nossos colaboradores. Este projeto \u00e9 especialmente empolgante, pois podemos integrar uma ampla gama de know-how de diferentes \u00e1reas do grupo e conectar muitos parceiros competentes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>O Prof. Dr.-Ing. Carlos Jahn, chefe do Fraunhofer CML, ressalta: &#8220;A import\u00e2ncia do hinterland para o porto de Hamburgo \u00e9 evidente no desenvolvimento da ferrovia portu\u00e1ria nos \u00faltimos anos. J\u00e1 existem muitas solu\u00e7\u00f5es automatizadas no ambiente portu\u00e1rio. As \u00e1reas de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e as possibilidades de aumento de efici\u00eancia s\u00e3o muito diversas. Nossa expertise em rob\u00f3tica m\u00f3vel est\u00e1 na concep\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de solu\u00e7\u00f5es orientadas para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. Portanto, estamos muito felizes em colaborar com a HHLA em um projeto que otimiza processos na opera\u00e7\u00e3o ferrovi\u00e1ria.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Entrega do aviso de financiamento em Berlim <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O aviso de financiamento para este projeto IHATEC foi entregue em 28 de setembro de 2022 durante a confer\u00eancia de networking IHATEC \/ DigiTest em Berlim.<\/p>\n<p>A HHLA assume o papel de coordenadora do cons\u00f3rcio e acompanha o projeto com suas subsidi\u00e1rias Container Terminal Altenwerder (CTA), HHLA Sky, Hamburg Port Consulting (HPC), Metrans e Service Center Altenwerder (SCA). A CTA e a SCA aplicam sua expertise t\u00e9cnica e seu know-how de terminal de longa data. Elas acompanham os testes com pessoal especializado e fornecem a infraestrutura de terminal necess\u00e1ria para isso. A HHLA Sky contribui com seu centro de controle IoT &#8220;Integrated Control Center&#8221;, atrav\u00e9s do qual a programa\u00e7\u00e3o, monitoramento e controle das miss\u00f5es do rob\u00f4 m\u00f3vel ser\u00e3o realizados no futuro. A subsidi\u00e1ria ferrovi\u00e1ria da HHLA, Metrans, apoia o projeto com os vag\u00f5es e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de dados operacionais. A HPC cuida da administra\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto e tamb\u00e9m apoia como empresa de consultoria no setor portu\u00e1rio e de transporte em quest\u00f5es operacionais.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Conhecimentos s\u00f3lidos em rob\u00f3tica<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O Fraunhofer CML lidera a concep\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento do sistema de rob\u00f3tica m\u00f3vel. Isso inclui a sele\u00e7\u00e3o e aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes de hardware adequados, sua integra\u00e7\u00e3o na solu\u00e7\u00e3o geral e a prova do sistema. O Fraunhofer CML traz seu conhecimento s\u00f3lido em rob\u00f3tica para este projeto.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, outros parceiros associados apoiam o projeto.
