A Jungheinrich foi encarregada de construir quatro novas passagens no armaz\u00e9m de caixas at\u00e9 ao final de 2023, al\u00e9m das seis passagens existentes do armaz\u00e9m autom\u00e1tico de pequenas pe\u00e7as (AKL).<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\"align--justify\">(Hamburgo\/Hilpoltstein) A parceria entre a Jungheinrich e a Keller &amp; Kalmbach tem tradi\u00e7\u00e3o: j\u00e1 na primeira fase de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do armaz\u00e9m central, que entrou em opera\u00e7\u00e3o em 2009 e marcou a entrada da Keller &amp; Kalmbach em sistemas autom\u00e1ticos, a empresa familiar com mais de 140 anos de hist\u00f3ria apostou na Jungheinrich. Devido \u00e0 colabora\u00e7\u00e3o bem-sucedida, a Jungheinrich tamb\u00e9m foi encarregada da primeira fase de expans\u00e3o em 2016. Agora, seguiu-se o pedido para a segunda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"align--justify\">\u201cAo longo dos anos, trabalh\u00e1mos continuamente juntos na otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do armaz\u00e9m e j\u00e1 com a primeira expans\u00e3o em 2016 duplic\u00e1mos a capacidade\u201d, relata Robert Schad, gerente de projeto s\u00eanior de vendas t\u00e9cnicas ASRS na Jungheinrich. \u201cNaquela altura, j\u00e1 t\u00ednhamos planeado a pr\u00f3xima expans\u00e3o, que agora est\u00e1 a ser realizada.\u201d A Keller &amp; Kalmbach tinha calculado um forte crescimento adicional na primeira expans\u00e3o h\u00e1 seis anos, o que se concretizou e exigiu capacidades adicionais de armazenamento no AKL: com um aumento de 20% nas receitas para 350 milh\u00f5es de euros, o fornecedor de servi\u00e7os completos com 900 colaboradores registou um recorde em 2021, al\u00e9m disso, a Keller &amp; Kalmbach adquiriu v\u00e1rias empresas no ano passado. Tudo isso tornou a expans\u00e3o indispens\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"align--justify\"><strong>Quase 80.000 novas posi\u00e7\u00f5es de armazenamento de caixas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A Jungheinrich criar\u00e1 um total de 79.968 novas posi\u00e7\u00f5es de armazenamento de caixas (+ 25%) com a expans\u00e3o na \u00e1rea de 44.000 metros quadrados em Hilpoltstein, onde, al\u00e9m do armazenamento de paletes e caixas, dois sistemas de armazenamento em prateleiras garantem um fluxo de material suave. Gra\u00e7as a postos de trabalho de separa\u00e7\u00e3o adequadamente projetados, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel processar paletes e caixas em conjunto e atender a requisitos de clientes de forma precisa. A Keller &amp; Kalmbach atende clientes da ind\u00fastria automotiva e de ve\u00edculos comerciais, da engenharia de m\u00e1quinas e instala\u00e7\u00f5es, da ind\u00fastria ferrovi\u00e1ria, agr\u00edcola e de m\u00e1quinas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Quatro novas passagens ser\u00e3o conectadas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A Jungheinrich fornecer\u00e1 para a atual expans\u00e3o do armaz\u00e9m quatro dispositivos de manuseio de prateleiras e a tecnologia de transporte de caixas, cada um incluindo controle e visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o em a\u00e7o das prateleiras (55 x 12,5 x 14,3 metros), o gerenciamento de projetos e o WMS da Jungheinrich est\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos no escopo de fornecimento dos hamburguenses. Como o armaz\u00e9m foi projetado de forma vision\u00e1ria em 2016, j\u00e1 h\u00e1 espa\u00e7o dispon\u00edvel para as quatro novas passagens, o sistema de transporte na \u00e1rea de entrada e as constru\u00e7\u00f5es correspondentes na atual expans\u00e3o. As novas passagens ser\u00e3o conectadas \u00e0 tecnologia de transporte existente e ao software de gerenciamento de armaz\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Vantagens da automa\u00e7\u00e3o reconhecidas precocemente<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Mas j\u00e1 agora, um dos sistemas WMS mais abrangentes da Jungheinrich est\u00e1 em uso em Hilpoltstein. Al\u00e9m disso, a Keller &amp; Kalmbach, como pioneira, reconheceu precocemente as vantagens da automa\u00e7\u00e3o, como alta efici\u00eancia, precis\u00e3o e escalabilidade. \u201cN\u00e3o s\u00f3 a Keller &amp; Kalmbach cresceu connosco ao longo dos anos, mas tamb\u00e9m n\u00f3s com eles\u201d, explica Schad, referindo-se ao fato de que numerosos clientes e interessados da Jungheinrich visitaram o armaz\u00e9m central ao sul de Nuremberga como uma refer\u00eancia bem-sucedida.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Transpar\u00eancia e confian\u00e7a m\u00fatua<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Temos uma parceria de longa data e consolidada com a Jungheinrich, caracterizada pela transpar\u00eancia e alta confian\u00e7a m\u00fatua.
