O BGL tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 avaliando e planejando apresentar uma queixa formal \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o da UE contra outras medidas existentes na Tirol, como a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o setorial de tr\u00e1fego e a dosagem (controle de fluxo).<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Principal liga\u00e7\u00e3o rodovi\u00e1ria entre a Alemanha e a It\u00e1lia<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O trecho afetado da autoestrada Inntal \u00e9 a principal liga\u00e7\u00e3o rodovi\u00e1ria entre a Alemanha e a It\u00e1lia. A proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e1fego noturno \u00e9 uma medida desproporcional que prejudica significativamente os interesses da economia. A proibi\u00e7\u00e3o foi introduzida e justificada com o objetivo de melhorar a qualidade do ar. No entanto, o resultado \u00e9 o oposto: a dr\u00e1stica redu\u00e7\u00e3o das janelas de tempo abertas ao transporte rodovi\u00e1rio durante as horas diurnas leva a uma congest\u00e3o de tr\u00e1fego desnecess\u00e1ria e impacta negativamente o consumo de combust\u00edvel e a qualidade do ar devido \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o artificial de congestionamentos. Al\u00e9m disso, a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e1fego noturno discrimina as empresas de transporte que t\u00eam sede fora da zona central da Tirol, pois as empresas que carregam ou descarregam na zona central da Tirol est\u00e3o isentas da proibi\u00e7\u00e3o.
