A Stuhr Container Logistic GmbH &amp; Co. KG apoia as adapta\u00e7\u00f5es, pois as capacidades tamb\u00e9m do lado das empresas de transporte podem ser planejadas e geridas de forma mais confi\u00e1vel devido \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as introduzidas.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburgo) No \u00e2mbito da introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do Truck FIT, a HHLA fez em junho de 2022 uma das \u00faltimas adapta\u00e7\u00f5es planejadas no sistema, que leva a uma melhor utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos slots em seus terminais de cont\u00eainer em Hamburgo devido a um aumento da obrigatoriedade na reserva. O objetivo do Truck FIT \u00e9 utilizar as capacidades dispon\u00edveis de forma ideal e permitir que todas as empresas de transporte participantes do procedimento de reserva de slots planejem e reservem slots de forma igualit\u00e1ria. A HHLA est\u00e1 cada vez mais pr\u00f3xima desse objetivo: a chamada taxa de n\u00e3o comparecimento, que inclui cancelamentos e slots n\u00e3o utilizados, diminuiu ainda mais desde a \u00faltima adapta\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Jens Hansen, Diretor de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es da HHLA, diz: &#8220;Com a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do procedimento de reserva de slots e as adapta\u00e7\u00f5es do sistema atrav\u00e9s do Truck FIT, estamos continuamente melhorando os processos nos terminais de Hamburgo, reduzindo os tempos de espera no terminal e aliviando assim a infraestrutura p\u00fablica. Atrav\u00e9s da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com as empresas de transporte, conseguimos desenvolver o sistema em benef\u00edcio dos usu\u00e1rios e nos aproximar do nosso objetivo comum: atribui\u00e7\u00e3o transparente e confi\u00e1vel de slots.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o estreita com as empresas de transporte envolvidas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>As adapta\u00e7\u00f5es do sistema foram realizadas em estreita coordena\u00e7\u00e3o com as empresas de transporte envolvidas. Um importante parceiro de desenvolvimento da HHLA foi a empresa Stuhr Container Logistic. A empresa de transporte de Hamburgo \u00e9 especialista em transportes de cont\u00eaineres ao redor do porto de Hamburgo. Desde o in\u00edcio do projeto, a empresa foi inclu\u00edda no planejamento e na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Heiner Stuhr, s\u00f3cio-gerente da Stuhr Container Logistic, sobre o Truck FIT: &#8220;No in\u00edcio, \u00e9ramos c\u00e9ticos em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s adapta\u00e7\u00f5es no sistema, pois tem\u00edamos que a flexibilidade t\u00e3o importante para o nosso neg\u00f3cio seria perdida. No entanto, devido ao nosso papel como parceiro de desenvolvimento, conseguimos expressar nossas preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es de forma transparente desde o in\u00edcio. A equipe do projeto da HHLA entrou em di\u00e1logo conosco e sempre encontrou solu\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas para n\u00f3s.&#8221; Gra\u00e7as ao feedback das empresas de transporte, o sistema p\u00f4de ser desenvolvido em benef\u00edcio dos usu\u00e1rios: &#8220;Agora temos mais slots dispon\u00edveis para reserva a curto prazo do que antes da adapta\u00e7\u00e3o, o que impacta positivamente o nosso neg\u00f3cio&#8221;, acrescenta Heiner Stuhr.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Partes afetadas precisam colaborar<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Oliver Dux, diretor do Terminal de Cont\u00eaineres Altenwerder (CTA), complementa: &#8220;Estamos muito agradecidos a todos os parceiros do projeto envolvidos, como a empresa Stuhr, por apoiarem a HHLA na introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do Truck FIT, apesar das condi\u00e7\u00f5es dif\u00edceis atuais. A situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual destaca especialmente a import\u00e2ncia de que as partes afetadas pelas interrup\u00e7\u00f5es nas cadeias de suprimento colaborem e busquem solu\u00e7\u00f5es em conjunto.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Slots n\u00e3o utilizados aumentaram significativamente<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O procedimento de reserva de slots foi introduzido no porto de Hamburgo em 2017 para evitar gargalos nos terminais e aliviar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o do tr\u00e1fego. No in\u00edcio de 2022, a HHLA come\u00e7ou a adaptar o sistema com a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do Truck FIT, pois a taxa de n\u00e3o comparecimento, ou seja, a propor\u00e7\u00e3o de slots n\u00e3o utilizados, havia aumentado significativamente anteriormente. Com as adapta\u00e7\u00f5es no sistema, as empresas de transporte que apresentarem uma taxa de n\u00e3o comparecimento muito alta ter\u00e3o, na semana seguinte, apenas um contingente ajustado de slots dispon\u00edveis durante os hor\u00e1rios de pico. Durante os hor\u00e1rios de menor movimento, a reserva livre de slots continua a ser poss\u00edvel. Desde o final de junho, a troca de slots j\u00e1 reservados n\u00e3o \u00e9 mais poss\u00edvel.
