Novas melhorias atrav\u00e9s de formas de propuls\u00e3o sem emiss\u00f5es seguir\u00e3o em breve, como ficou claro na assembleia geral de hoje da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Su\u00ed\u00e7a de Ve\u00edculos Comerciais (ASTAG). No entanto, os investimentos necess\u00e1rios seriam impossibilitados por aumentos nas taxas estatais. Por isso, a ASTAG aposta na continuidade na &#8220;desenvolvimento cont\u00ednuo&#8221; da LSVA.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berna) A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Su\u00ed\u00e7a de Ve\u00edculos Comerciais (ASTAG) est\u00e1 determinada a intensificar ainda mais os esfor\u00e7os bem-sucedidos em prol do meio ambiente e do clima. J\u00e1 hoje, as frotas de ve\u00edculos no setor de transporte rodovi\u00e1rio est\u00e3o atualizadas gra\u00e7as \u00e0 moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua. 95% de todos os quil\u00f4metros ton\u00e9is s\u00e3o percorridos com caminh\u00f5es das normas EURO 5 e 6 \u2013 o que reduz as emiss\u00f5es de poluentes a quase zero. Da mesma forma, o consumo de combust\u00edvel e, consequentemente, as emiss\u00f5es espec\u00edficas de CO2 por ve\u00edculo foram continuamente reduzidos nos \u00faltimos anos. Em v\u00e1rias empresas associadas, ve\u00edculos com propuls\u00f5es alternativas (el\u00e9tricos, hidrog\u00eanio, CNG\/LNG, biog\u00e1s) est\u00e3o em opera\u00e7\u00e3o. A Su\u00ed\u00e7a \u00e9 considerada um pa\u00eds pioneiro na Europa no que diz respeito \u00e0 substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de caminh\u00f5es a diesel por tecnologias mais recentes.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Assembleia de Delegados em Brig<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Na assembleia de delegados da ASTAG em Brig, o presidente central Thierry Burkart olhou, portanto, de forma otimista para o futuro. O transporte de mercadorias e pessoas na estrada com caminh\u00f5es, \u00f4nibus de turismo e t\u00e1xis continuar\u00e1 a contribuir de forma comprometida para uma log\u00edstica e mobilidade de viagem o mais compat\u00edveis poss\u00edvel com o clima e o meio ambiente. Gra\u00e7as a aumentos de efici\u00eancia e avan\u00e7os tecnol\u00f3gicos, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel atender \u00e0 demanda crescente por servi\u00e7os de transporte nos pr\u00f3ximos anos com ainda menos emiss\u00f5es de CO2. Com &#8220;we go green!&#8221;, o programa de medidas volunt\u00e1rias da ASTAG em prol do meio ambiente e do clima, o setor j\u00e1 est\u00e1 no caminho certo. &#8220;A redu\u00e7\u00e3o de CO2 avan\u00e7ar\u00e1 ainda mais rapidamente&#8221;, disse Thierry Burkart: &#8220;O transporte rodovi\u00e1rio \u00e9 relevante para o sistema, limpo e, nos pr\u00f3ximos anos, tamb\u00e9m com baixas emiss\u00f5es ou at\u00e9 mesmo sem emiss\u00f5es!&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Manter a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para inova\u00e7\u00e3o do setor de transporte rodovi\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>No entanto, a condi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que a j\u00e1 extremamente alta disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para inova\u00e7\u00e3o do setor de transporte rodovi\u00e1rio seja mantida, ou seja, n\u00e3o seja sufocada por novas diretrizes e taxas estatais. Investimentos em ve\u00edculos com propuls\u00f5es alternativas \u2013 que ainda s\u00e3o significativamente mais caros em aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 s\u00f3 podem ser realizados se a j\u00e1 recorde carga fiscal do transporte rodovi\u00e1rio n\u00e3o for aumentada ainda mais. O &#8220;desenvolvimento cont\u00ednuo&#8221; da taxa de transporte pesado dependente de desempenho (LSVA) planejado pelo governo federal, portanto, ser\u00e1 uma grande preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o para a ASTAG. &#8220;Estamos dispostos a colaborar de forma construtiva em solu\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas para o futuro&#8221;, enfatizou Thierry Burkart em um painel de discuss\u00e3o com Peter F\u00fcglistaler, diretor do Escrit\u00f3rio Federal de Transportes (BAV), o deputado Jon Pult, presidente da Iniciativa Alpina, e Josef J\u00e4ger, diretor da Camion Transport Wil. &#8220;\u00c0 luz dos resultados alcan\u00e7ados para o meio ambiente e o clima, bem como das receitas da LSVA de 1,6 bilh\u00f5es de francos por ano, n\u00e3o aceitaremos nenhum aumento de tarifas!&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um fundo de a\u00e7\u00e3o LSVA<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Na parte estatut\u00e1ria da assembleia, os cerca de 120 representantes das se\u00e7\u00f5es e grupos especializados j\u00e1 decidiram pela cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um fundo especial para uma poss\u00edvel campanha de vota\u00e7\u00e3o da LSVA. Al\u00e9m disso, Christian Sieber foi eleito como novo vice-presidente da ASTAG. Ele sucede Josef J\u00e4ger, que se aposentou ap\u00f3s 14 anos no comit\u00ea administrativo (VA) e foi nomeado membro honor\u00e1rio por seus enormes servi\u00e7os. Christian Rusterholz e Werner Zeier foram eleitos para o VA.
