L\u00e1, poderiam ser criados tr\u00eas ber\u00e7os em um prazo \u00fatil. Para isso, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio o apoio da pol\u00edtica.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Cuxhaven) &#8220;Sem infraestrutura portu\u00e1ria adicional para a energia e\u00f3lica onshore e offshore, a transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica pretendida pelo governo federal n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser realizada. A partir de 2024\/25, devido \u00e0 falta de op\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas de manuseio e armazenamento, haver\u00e1 atrasos na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das ambiciosas metas de expans\u00e3o&#8221;, prev\u00ea Hans-Peter Zint, presidente da Comunidade da Ind\u00fastria Portu\u00e1ria de Cuxhaven (HWG). Nesse contexto, Cuxhaven estaria em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de aliviar esse gargalo. L\u00e1, poderiam ser criados tr\u00eas ber\u00e7os imediatamente. <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nAs metas de expans\u00e3o do governo federal est\u00e3o claramente definidas: a energia e\u00f3lica offshore deve aumentar de 8 GW atualmente para 30 GW at\u00e9 2030, enquanto a energia e\u00f3lica onshore visa uma duplica\u00e7\u00e3o para 115 GW at\u00e9 2030. Assim que a expans\u00e3o acelerada come\u00e7ar, isso ter\u00e1 um forte impacto no manuseio portu\u00e1rio. &#8220;Nos parques onshore, esperamos um aumento maci\u00e7o nas importa\u00e7\u00f5es em, no m\u00e1ximo, cerca de dois anos; os projetos offshore geralmente ter\u00e3o um prazo um pouco mais longo&#8221;, espera Zint. No entanto, j\u00e1 hoje h\u00e1 poucas capacidades livres suficientes nos portos alem\u00e3es para tais projetos. At\u00e9 agora, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o dos parques e\u00f3licos no Mar do Norte foi, em sua maioria, realizada atrav\u00e9s de portos na Dinamarca e nos Pa\u00edses Baixos.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Tr\u00eas novos ber\u00e7os em Cuxhaven at\u00e9 2025 s\u00e3o poss\u00edveis<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Os membros da HWG est\u00e3o convencidos de que o governo n\u00e3o deve depender dos pa\u00edses vizinhos na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica em termos log\u00edsticos, mas deve investir a tempo na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de suas pr\u00f3prias capacidades portu\u00e1rias adequadas. Em Cuxhaven, teoricamente, tr\u00eas novos ber\u00e7os para energia e\u00f3lica offshore e onshore poderiam entrar em opera\u00e7\u00e3o em dois anos e meio a tr\u00eas anos. Zint especifica: &#8220;Temos desde fevereiro de 2020 uma aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de planejamento conclu\u00edda e poder\u00edamos implementar imediatamente&#8221;. O Centro Alem\u00e3o de Ind\u00fastria Offshore de Cuxhaven (DOIZ) j\u00e1 \u00e9 um dos maiores portos offshore da Europa.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Participa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira do governo federal exigida<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;As energias renov\u00e1veis est\u00e3o, no futuro, no interesse p\u00fablico e servem \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica&#8221;, enfatizou o ministro da Economia, Robert Habeck, na ocasi\u00e3o da publica\u00e7\u00e3o do pacote de P\u00e1scoa. &#8220;Um pensamento hol\u00edstico da transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica tamb\u00e9m significa que o governo federal deve participar do financiamento portu\u00e1rio para terminais onshore e offshore&#8221;, exige Zint. Atualmente, o governo apenas se comprometeu a apoiar os terminais de GNL e, posteriormente, os de hidrog\u00eanio. Ao mesmo tempo, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de infraestrutura portu\u00e1ria para a expans\u00e3o da energia e\u00f3lica no mar e em terra, a fim de possibilitar a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de eletricidade necess\u00e1ria para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio verde, que deve substituir o GNL f\u00f3ssil o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel. Para que as oportunidades em Cuxhaven se tornem ber\u00e7os utiliz\u00e1veis, segundo Zint, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio uma a\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida e decidida por parte do governo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Apelo orientado para solu\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Para uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica bem-sucedida, os terminais de g\u00e1s e offshore devem ser pensados em conjunto.
