O im\u00f3vel foi arrendado a longo prazo para a Hermes Germany.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Munique\/Bexbach) Em uma \u00e1rea de terreno de 20.500 metros quadrados, encontra-se um armaz\u00e9m sem pilares constru\u00eddo em 2012. Ele possui cerca de 4.300 metros quadrados de \u00e1rea log\u00edstica, al\u00e9m de 340 metros quadrados de \u00e1rea de escrit\u00f3rio e social. Na \u00e1rea externa, a propriedade oferece uma \u00e1rea de tr\u00e1fego de 7.400 metros quadrados e 28 vagas para furg\u00f5es, 15 para reboques intercambi\u00e1veis e 17 vagas para autom\u00f3veis. O acesso \u00e9 feito atrav\u00e9s de 21 port\u00f5es para caminh\u00f5es com plataformas de carga, dos quais 3 s\u00e3o port\u00f5es jumbo, e 7 port\u00f5es de acesso ao n\u00edvel do solo.<\/p>\n<p>Para o im\u00f3vel existente, que foi totalmente convertido para ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o LED em 2018, existe uma certifica\u00e7\u00e3o DGNB Prata. A partir deste local, a empresa abastece cidades vizinhas como Saarbr\u00fccken, Kaiserslautern e Zweibr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<p>O prestador de servi\u00e7os de pacotes se beneficia da boa conex\u00e3o de transporte: a A6 pode ser alcan\u00e7ada a partir do centro em 2 quil\u00f4metros e o cruzamento da autoestrada para a A8 est\u00e1 a apenas 8 quil\u00f4metros de dist\u00e2ncia. Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 conex\u00e3o pela A62 com o norte de Saarland e Trier. Atrav\u00e9s do aeroporto pr\u00f3ximo e do terminal Saarbr\u00fccken, outros meios de transporte podem ser utilizados.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3xima \u00e0 fronteira com a Fran\u00e7a e Luxemburgo<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;O im\u00f3vel log\u00edstico adquirido em Bexbach se destaca principalmente pela sua localiza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3xima \u00e0 fronteira com a Fran\u00e7a e Luxemburgo e \u00e9 adequado, entre outras coisas, para uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o central com orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para a Europa Ocidental.
