Desses, 10.700 metros quadrados s\u00e3o destinados ao armaz\u00e9m, 2.300 metros quadrados ao mezanino de armazenamento e 500 metros quadrados a \u00e1reas de escrit\u00f3rio e sociais. O centro de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o possui uma altura de armaz\u00e9m de 12,20 metros e uma capacidade de carga do piso de 5 toneladas. As op\u00e7\u00f5es de acesso incluem 17 portas de doca com pontes de carga, al\u00e9m de uma porta de acesso ao n\u00edvel do solo. Na \u00e1rea externa, h\u00e1 2 vagas para caminh\u00f5es e 32 vagas para autom\u00f3veis, al\u00e9m de um abrigo para bicicletas. A empresa parceira da LIP, Avanlog Solar, dever\u00e1 instalar uma unidade de autoconsumo aqui. A eletricidade gerada poder\u00e1 ser utilizada, entre outras coisas, para operar as 4 esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carregamento dispon\u00edveis para autom\u00f3veis e bicicletas. O im\u00f3vel tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 acess\u00edvel por transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Contrato log\u00edstico para fabricante de embalagens<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A tradicional empresa de transporte e log\u00edstica C.E. Noerpel, com sede em Ulm, arrenda o novo centro log\u00edstico em Singen a longo prazo. Com isso, o grupo Noerpel expande sua rede para um total de 18 locais de transporte e log\u00edstica na Alemanha e na Su\u00ed\u00e7a. Em Singen, o prestador de servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos assumir\u00e1 um contrato log\u00edstico para um cliente de longa data, um fabricante de embalagens para a ind\u00fastria aliment\u00edcia, m\u00e9dica e de cuidados pessoais.<\/p>\n<p>A regi\u00e3o se beneficia da proximidade com a Su\u00ed\u00e7a e, portanto, \u00e9 amplamente utilizada para tr\u00e1fego transfronteiri\u00e7o.
