Juntamente com a companhia de navega\u00e7\u00e3o francesa CMA CGM, a empresa assinou um contrato de compra de 2.500 toneladas de biocombust\u00edvel para todos os transportes LCL (Less-than Container Load) e cont\u00eaineres FCL adicionais (Full Container Load).<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Essen\/Marseille) A necessidade de combust\u00edvel para o transporte dos cont\u00eaineres LCL da DB Schenker ser\u00e1 atendida com biocombust\u00edveis avan\u00e7ados em uma quantidade que evita 100% das novas emiss\u00f5es de gases de efeito estufa. Atrav\u00e9s da realoca\u00e7\u00e3o do biocombust\u00edvel, \u00e9 alcan\u00e7ada uma emiss\u00e3o l\u00edquida de equivalentes de CO2 igual a zero. A coopera\u00e7\u00e3o possibilita a economia de mais de 7.000 toneladas de equivalentes de CO2 e, portanto, \u00e9 uma das compras mais significativas de biocombust\u00edveis no transporte mar\u00edtimo. A DB Schenker fornece mais do que a quantidade necess\u00e1ria para o transporte puro dos cont\u00eaineres, a fim de compensar tamb\u00e9m as emiss\u00f5es anteriores \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o do combust\u00edvel e mover todos os cont\u00eaineres LCL de forma realmente neutra em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos gases de efeito estufa.<\/p>\n<p>Com o transporte de cont\u00eaineres ecol\u00f3gicos, a DB Schenker e a CMA CGM d\u00e3o um grande passo em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 descarboniza\u00e7\u00e3o do transporte mar\u00edtimo.
