Do lado alem\u00e3o, o projeto \u00e9 liderado pela STILL, especialista em intralog\u00edstica de Hamburgo e uma subsidi\u00e1ria do KION Group. O t\u00e9rmino do projeto est\u00e1 previsto para o quarto trimestre de 2024.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburgo) A vis\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos de transporte a conduzir de forma aut\u00f3noma em f\u00e1bricas e armaz\u00e9ns deve aproximar-se da realidade atrav\u00e9s do projeto de pesquisa europeu IMOCO.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u00edculos de transporte que navegam de forma totalmente aut\u00f3noma por armaz\u00e9ns e f\u00e1bricas, analisando e &#8220;entendendo&#8221; seu ambiente, reconhecendo e evitando obst\u00e1culos e pessoas de forma confi\u00e1vel, enquanto transportam mercadorias rapidamente e de forma confi\u00e1vel de um lugar para outro \u2013 isso ainda soa como fic\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica. No entanto, essa vis\u00e3o deve se tornar realidade em breve, de acordo com os iniciadores do projeto de pesquisa europeu IMOCO.<\/p>\n<p>Para isso, foram definidos quatro cen\u00e1rios dentro do projeto de pesquisa, que s\u00e3o moldados por g\u00eameos digitais e princ\u00edpios de IA (aprendizado de m\u00e1quina\/aprendizado profundo): navega\u00e7\u00e3o inteligente, coleta de mercadorias, transporte e coloca\u00e7\u00e3o no destino. &#8220;Esses processos imp\u00f5em exig\u00eancias muito altas aos processos e tamb\u00e9m ao ve\u00edculo. Portanto, enviamos nosso OPX iGo neo para o projeto, que, devido ao seu equipamento inteligente e \u00e0s habilidades resultantes, j\u00e1 se aproxima muito da ideia desse ve\u00edculo de transporte aut\u00f3nomo&#8221;, descreve Ansgar Bergmann, respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto IMOCO na STILL.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Sensor\u00edstica altamente sens\u00edvel \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Os sistemas de transporte sem motorista atuais ainda enfrentam limita\u00e7\u00f5es quando se trata de se mover de forma totalmente aut\u00f3noma em armaz\u00e9ns ou na produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Embora reconhe\u00e7am obst\u00e1culos e freiem de forma independente, ainda n\u00e3o conseguem contornar obst\u00e1culos, procurar inteligentemente as rotas de condu\u00e7\u00e3o mais eficientes e analisar o ambiente. Para isso, eles precisam de uma sensor\u00edstica altamente sens\u00edvel na forma de scanners a laser, c\u00e2maras ou radar, para detectar objetos espaciais como prateleiras, sinais, marca\u00e7\u00f5es e exibi\u00e7\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m disso, eles devem &#8220;entender&#8221; seu ambiente, registrar mudan\u00e7as e ser capazes de lidar com elas. S\u00f3 assim esses ve\u00edculos poder\u00e3o navegar autonomamente at\u00e9 o ponto de destino, reconhecer e manusear cargas, evitar obst\u00e1culos ou encontrar locais adequados para a mercadoria transportada.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Aumentar as capacidades aut\u00f3nomas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O OPX iGo neo j\u00e1 est\u00e1 a operar de forma aut\u00f3noma nos corredores das prateleiras, capturando e entendendo seu ambiente e derivando suas a\u00e7\u00f5es disso. No entanto, sair autonomamente do corredor das prateleiras e navegar pelos armaz\u00e9ns do cliente, planejando, por exemplo, rotas \u00f3timas, ainda n\u00e3o faz parte do produto. Abordagens de aprendizado de m\u00e1quina e aprendizado profundo desempenham um papel muito importante nesse processo&#8221;, explica Ansgar Bergmann.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Reconhecer obst\u00e1culos em tempo real<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O IMOCO tem como objetivo criar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es para o uso desafiador de sistemas rob\u00f3ticos m\u00f3veis em ambientes intralog\u00edsticos din\u00e2micos. Mudan\u00e7as de planejamento de rotas realizadas de forma aut\u00f3noma e em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo a considera\u00e7\u00e3o de objetos m\u00f3veis como pessoas ou ve\u00edculos, devem ser poss\u00edveis em todo o armaz\u00e9m. Ansgar Bergmann comenta: &#8220;O projeto de pesquisa pretende desenvolver ainda mais o tradicional tr\u00edplice reconhecimento, an\u00e1lise e a\u00e7\u00e3o por meio da intelig\u00eancia artificial \u2013 para perceber, entender e resolver.&#8221; Os ve\u00edculos devem ser capacitados dentro do projeto de pesquisa para perceber o ambiente espacial por meio de diferentes sensor\u00edsticas e n\u00e3o apenas reconhecer objetos treinados, mas tamb\u00e9m avaliar seus movimentos. &#8220;Esse reconhecimento de obst\u00e1culos deve ocorrer em tempo real para um fluxo de trabalho suave&#8221;, diz o especialista.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Hamburgo torna-se o &#8220;Centro de Pesquisa&#8221;<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Na sede da STILL em Hamburgo, um demonstrador est\u00e1 sendo montado, onde todos os sucessos de trabalho dos parceiros do projeto ser\u00e3o reunidos. Al\u00e9m da STILL como representante do KION Group, tamb\u00e9m participam do projeto na Alemanha o Instituto Fraunhofer para Fluxo de Materiais e Log\u00edstica (IML), Hahn Schickard, IMST GmbH, Nuromedia e Digital Twin Technology.
