A plataforma de emiss\u00f5es apoia, assim, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria e o com\u00e9rcio na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de sua estrat\u00e9gia para criar um porto neutro em CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Roterd\u00e3\/Karlsruhe) Com milh\u00f5es de movimentos de transporte por ano, Roterd\u00e3 \u00e9 o maior porto da Europa. Sua import\u00e2ncia para as atividades log\u00edsticas em uma extensa regi\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica \u00e9, portanto, imensa. Os in\u00fameros processos de transporte relacionados \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria permitem que a gest\u00e3o tenha uma influ\u00eancia significativa na configura\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel da log\u00edstica. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria est\u00e1 trabalhando em uma s\u00e9rie de projetos interconectados para avan\u00e7ar nesse objetivo na ind\u00fastria e na log\u00edstica: desde a visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias para conex\u00f5es \u00f3timas por meio de modalidades de transporte sustent\u00e1veis at\u00e9 a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edveis alternativos em Roterd\u00e3 e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de um processamento r\u00e1pido e eficiente das atividades portu\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<p>Em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a BigMile, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria de Roterd\u00e3 est\u00e1 dando um passo importante para implementar essa estrat\u00e9gia de sustentabilidade em solu\u00e7\u00f5es concretas com base em dados s\u00f3lidos. A BigMile oferece uma plataforma de c\u00e1lculo e an\u00e1lise com base no princ\u00edpio SaaS, que permite que embarcadores e prestadores de servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos otimizem e relatem as emiss\u00f5es de CO<sub>2<\/sub> relacionadas ao transporte multimodal. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o, que j\u00e1 possui mais de 200 usu\u00e1rios, permite que as empresas cumpram a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rio iminente sobre as emiss\u00f5es de CO<sub>2<\/sub> e futuras taxas de CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>O sistema de software desenvolvido em conjunto com a opera\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria de Roterd\u00e3 combina dados provenientes, entre outros, do AIS (um sistema para registrar todos os movimentos de navios) com modelos de c\u00e1lculo da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o holandesa de pesquisa cient\u00edfica aplicada TNO. A plataforma, portanto, fornece, por exemplo, uma vis\u00e3o sobre a emiss\u00e3o de poluentes em um local de opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, oferece \u00e0s empresas mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as quantidades de CO<sub>2<\/sub> e outras subst\u00e2ncias emitidas ao longo de suas cadeias de transporte.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Inicialmente um projeto piloto<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Atualmente, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 pode ser utilizada para, por exemplo, ilustrar quantas emiss\u00f5es um navio emite enquanto est\u00e1 atracado. Essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser usadas no desenvolvimento de projetos de energia el\u00e9trica em terra: navios atracados desligam seus geradores e se conectam \u00e0 rede el\u00e9trica terrestre. Nesse caso, a plataforma BigMile pode ilustrar quanto da polui\u00e7\u00e3o do ar pode ser evitada com uma conex\u00e3o de energia el\u00e9trica em terra.<\/p>\n<p>Inicialmente, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta ainda \u00e9 um projeto piloto, no qual os movimentos de navios de navega\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima e fluvial em Roterd\u00e3 podem ser calculados. Em uma fase posterior, as emiss\u00f5es do transporte rodovi\u00e1rio e ferrovi\u00e1rio ser\u00e3o adicionadas. O objetivo \u00e9 incluir, no pr\u00f3ximo semestre, as quantidades de emiss\u00e3o das cadeias de transporte antes e depois da opera\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria de Roterd\u00e3, de modo que a emiss\u00e3o ao longo de todo o caminho de transporte de porta a porta se torne vis\u00edvel. Na segunda metade de 2022, a plataforma digital e os insights obtidos ser\u00e3o compartilhados com armadores e terminais.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Inicialmente, foco nas emiss\u00f5es da \u00e1rea<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Na primeira fase do projeto, estamos nos concentrando nas emiss\u00f5es da \u00e1rea administrativa de Roterd\u00e3, a partir de 60 quil\u00f4metros fora do porto at\u00e9 a Brienenoordbrug. Para a navega\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima e fluvial, estamos &#8216;mapeando&#8217; as emiss\u00f5es, e isso com base nos movimentos reais de navios e ve\u00edculos&#8221;, explica Wouter Nering B\u00f6gel, gerente de projeto da BigMile. As an\u00e1lises permitem que, com base em dados confi\u00e1veis, se trabalhe diretamente em melhorias concretas. Assim, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel identificar mais claramente quais impactos certas medidas t\u00eam. Isso deve permitir que as empresas trabalhem para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de CO<sub>2<\/sub>, tanto no porto quanto em toda a cadeia de transporte.<\/p>\n<p>Roterd\u00e3 pode ser o primeiro passo para uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel em larga escala de grandes portos mar\u00edtimos, como explica Tobias H\u00e4\u00dfler, CEO da BigMile Alemanha: &#8220;O que estamos testando e implementando em Roterd\u00e3 deve servir de modelo para medidas correspondentes em outros portos, como Hamburgo ou Bremerhaven. Trata-se de um projeto pioneiro que pode ser adaptado de forma flex\u00edvel \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de v\u00e1rias infraestruturas portu\u00e1rias.
