O rob\u00f4 m\u00f3vel <\/strong><strong>SOTO<\/strong><strong> automatiza o fornecimento de materiais entre o armaz\u00e9m e a linha de montagem, transportando recipientes de carga pequena de forma totalmente aut\u00f3noma. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o piloto come\u00e7ou na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Friedrichshafen na montagem de transmiss\u00f5es para ve\u00edculos comerciais e oferece a ambas as partes a oportunidade de ganhar experi\u00eancia com o rob\u00f4 para a opera\u00e7\u00e3o ao vivo.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>J\u00e1 nos \u00faltimos anos, existiu uma estreita parceria de desenvolvimento entre a ZF e a Magazino. Entre outras coisas, o prot\u00f3tipo do rob\u00f4 e o mecanismo de pin\u00e7a para diferentes recipientes de carga pequena (KLT) foram testados. O projeto piloto come\u00e7ou em setembro de 2021 e est\u00e1 previsto para durar cerca de um ano. Durante este per\u00edodo, um modelo pr\u00e9-s\u00e9rie do rob\u00f4 ser\u00e1 utilizado em v\u00e1rias fases presenciais no ambiente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o em Friedrichshafen.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Hermann Becker, respons\u00e1vel pela produ\u00e7\u00e3o na ZF em Friedrichshafen, afirma: \u201cA ZF v\u00ea nos rob\u00f4s m\u00f3veis como o SOTO um elemento fundamental para automatizar completamente os processos log\u00edsticos na produ\u00e7\u00e3o, apoiar os colaboradores e reduzir custos. Os objetivos do projeto piloto s\u00e3o: ambas as partes ganham experi\u00eancia para a futura opera\u00e7\u00e3o ao vivo, a ZF pode incorporar suas pr\u00f3prias exig\u00eancias no desenvolvimento, e a Magazino pode otimizar ainda mais o rob\u00f4 e tornar seus processos mais robustos.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Markus Ruder, gerente de projeto respons\u00e1vel na Magazino, descreve o processo-alvo da seguinte forma<em>: <\/em>\u201cO rob\u00f4 SOTO assume o transporte de mais de 10 KLT com material, desde o ponto de sa\u00edda at\u00e9 a linha de montagem. Aqui, o rob\u00f4 entrega os KLT em prateleiras inclinadas. Ao mesmo tempo, o transporte de retorno de materiais vazios tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 realizado. Os recipientes VDA podem ter um peso de at\u00e9 20 quilogramas e uma \u00e1rea de base de at\u00e9 600 x 400 mil\u00edmetros. C\u00e2maras e sensores permitem a opera\u00e7\u00e3o segura em paralelo com os humanos \u2013 atrav\u00e9s de c\u00f3digos Data Matrix (DMC), as c\u00e2maras tamb\u00e9m identificam os pontos de coleta e entrega corretos.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5><strong>A interface ajuda na gest\u00e3o do tr\u00e1fego na f\u00e1brica<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00c9 a primeira vez que a <em>interface VDA<\/em><em> 5050<\/em> \u00e9 implementada em um sistema rob\u00f3tico da Magazino. A interface intersetorial ajuda principalmente na gest\u00e3o superior do tr\u00e1fego na f\u00e1brica. O rob\u00f4 SOTO operar\u00e1, afinal, em um ambiente de trabalho muito movimentado. V\u00e1rios outros participantes do tr\u00e1fego, como empilhadeiras, ve\u00edculos de transporte interno, FTS e trens de transporte, compartilham as vias de tr\u00e1fego com o SOTO \u2013 \u00e9 sempre necess\u00e1rio manter uma vis\u00e3o clara.<\/p>\n<p>Enquanto as linhas de montagem na ind\u00fastria de produ\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o hoje altamente automatizadas, o fornecimento de reabastecimento ainda ocorre predominantemente de forma manual. Solu\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, como trens de transporte ou ve\u00edculos de transporte aut\u00f3nomos simples (FTS), n\u00e3o automatizam completamente o processo, pois o carregamento ou descarregamento ainda requer trabalho manual.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente aut\u00f3noma<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O rob\u00f4 SOTO combina esses passos de processo fundamentais em uma \u00fanica solu\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente aut\u00f3noma: a coleta de KLT de tamanhos variados, o transporte aut\u00f3nomo de v\u00e1rios KLT de fonte a destino, bem como a entrega em prateleiras de passagem em diferentes alturas. A coleta de materiais vazios e a rota\u00e7\u00e3o de recipientes de carga pequena em 90\u00b0 a 180\u00b0 tamb\u00e9m fazem parte das capacidades.
