O grupo Luminator \u00e9 um dos principais fabricantes mundiais de sistemas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o digital, sistemas de vigil\u00e2ncia por v\u00eddeo e solu\u00e7\u00f5es de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o para o transporte p\u00fablico de passageiros em \u00f4nibus, trens e avia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm) &#8220;Um projeto abrangente foi confiado \u00e0 nossa empresa pela Luminator com a mudan\u00e7a de sua localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Ulm para Neu-Ulm. Isso inclui a transfer\u00eancia de instala\u00e7\u00f5es de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento, numerosos escrit\u00f3rios, a \u00e1rea de log\u00edstica, incluindo TI e servi\u00e7os adicionais&#8221;, relata Lothar Kniess, respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto na Harder Logistics. Isso inclui aproximadamente 150 postos de trabalho. Na nova localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Luminator em Neu-Ulm, ser\u00e3o desenvolvidos e produzidos pain\u00e9is de informa\u00e7\u00e3o estacion\u00e1rios para paradas de \u00f4nibus e esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trem. Al\u00e9m disso, o centro tecnol\u00f3gico para displays e controladores ser\u00e1 instalado l\u00e1, onde m\u00f3dulos TFT para o mercado global ser\u00e3o produzidos. Os m\u00f3dulos TFT projetados de acordo com as necessidades dos clientes s\u00e3o fabricados e testados em salas limpas pr\u00f3prias. Entre outras coisas, a Harder Logistics tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o da nova sala limpa dentro da linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Esta ser\u00e1 entregue em partes por cont\u00eainer da China. &#8220;Estamos especializados na instala\u00e7\u00e3o de salas limpas. Devido \u00e0 sensibilidade especial, trabalhamos com uma toler\u00e2ncia a erros zero&#8221;, diz Kniess.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o especial para m\u00f3dulo de sala de servidores<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Particularmente desafiador para Kniess foi a inser\u00e7\u00e3o de um m\u00f3dulo de sala de servidores no novo edif\u00edcio. O cont\u00eainer DC CONT DataCenter Container de 20 p\u00e9s, totalmente equipado, incluindo UPS, climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o, preven\u00e7\u00e3o de inc\u00eandios, racks RCS e piso elevado, pesava cerca de oito toneladas. Seu destino era o terceiro andar do edif\u00edcio industrial, a uma altura de oito metros. &#8220;Para manobrar o m\u00f3dulo pela abertura da fachada de 3,5 m de largura, utilizamos nossa constru\u00e7\u00e3o especial \u2013 uma chamada plataforma de montagem. Al\u00e9m disso, colocamos 20 suportes de constru\u00e7\u00e3o no teto inferior devido \u00e0 baixa carga do teto&#8221;, menciona Kniess alguns detalhes. Ao chegar ao edif\u00edcio, a equipe continuou o trabalho milim\u00e9trico. Inicialmente, o cont\u00eainer foi transportado sobre rolos blindados.
