Os representantes do governo federal e da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Russa assinaram uma adapta\u00e7\u00e3o correspondente do acordo bilateral.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berna) O transporte internacional por estrada entre a Su\u00ed\u00e7a e a R\u00fassia \u00e9 regulado por um acordo bilateral que est\u00e1 em vigor desde fevereiro de 2015. De acordo com este, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es tanto para o tr\u00e1fego bilateral quanto para o tr\u00e1fego de tr\u00e2nsito. O n\u00famero de autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es anuais \u00e9 limitado.<\/p>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, a demanda dos transportadores de mercadorias superou as autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis. Por isso, os dois pa\u00edses concordaram em flexibilizar a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o e complementar o acordo com um protocolo. A obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para transportes de mercadorias bilaterais e de tr\u00e2nsito ser\u00e1 abolida. No entanto, o tr\u00e1fego trilateral, assim como as viagens de \u00f4nibus (transporte de passageiros rodovi\u00e1rio), n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o liberalizados. A nova regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o foi assinada em 15 de outubro de 2021 por representantes do governo federal e da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Russa em Moscovo. Ela entrar\u00e1 em vigor assim que os procedimentos nacionais (ratifica\u00e7\u00e3o) forem conclu\u00eddos.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>A cabotagem continua proibida<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A Su\u00ed\u00e7a tem perseguido h\u00e1 anos o objetivo de um acesso ao mercado sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o no transporte rodovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias transfronteiri\u00e7o. No transporte de mercadorias com os Estados da UE, isso est\u00e1 regulamentado no acordo de transporte terrestre. Com v\u00e1rios outros Estados na Europa e no Oriente M\u00e9dio, a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 dispensada com base em acordos semelhantes aos da R\u00fassia.
