No transporte de mercadorias por terra, 99% das emiss\u00f5es de CO2 prov\u00eam dos caminh\u00f5es e apenas 1% da ferrovia \u2013 embora esta \u00faltima tenha uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de mercado de 20%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_14970\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14970\" class=\"wp-image-14970 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Bertschi_19.10.21_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"268\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-14970\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dados da publica\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia sobre o Green Deal no setor de transportes (2019)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O transporte intermodal \u00e9 o transporte de mercadorias que combina diferentes modos de transporte (caminh\u00e3o, trem e navio) na cadeia de suprimentos. Com sua mudan\u00e7a para a ferrovia, o Grupo Bertschi, uma empresa global de log\u00edstica qu\u00edmica, reduz as emiss\u00f5es de CO2 geradas pelo transporte em 300.000 toneladas por ano. Isso equivale \u00e0s emiss\u00f5es totais de uma cidade com 70.000 habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A Bertschi j\u00e1 realiza 90% de todos os transportes terrestres europeus de forma intermodal, estando assim muito \u00e0 frente do desenvolvimento desejado&#8221;, diz Jan Arnet, CEO do Grupo Bertschi. &#8220;Nossos transportes intermodais pela Su\u00ed\u00e7a j\u00e1 s\u00e3o isentos de emiss\u00f5es, pois os trens que circulam pela Su\u00ed\u00e7a s\u00e3o alimentados exclusivamente por eletricidade de fontes n\u00e3o f\u00f3sseis (hidrel\u00e9tricas, solar, e\u00f3lica e nuclear)&#8221;, acrescenta ele.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_14972\" style=\"width: 915px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14972\" class=\"wp-image-14972 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Bertschi_19.10.21_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"905\" height=\"133\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-14972\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dados da UE do s\u00e9timo relat\u00f3rio de monitoramento da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia sobre o desenvolvimento do mercado ferrovi\u00e1rio (2021)<\/p><\/div>\n<h5><strong>Investimentos significativos no transporte intermodal<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Com as novas medidas de apoio da UE para a transfer\u00eancia da estrada para o transporte intermodal, cada vez mais clientes est\u00e3o em busca de alternativas log\u00edsticas ecol\u00f3gicas. &#8220;Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o de lideran\u00e7a da Bertschi no transporte intermodal na Europa, surgem oportunidades interessantes para n\u00f3s. No entanto, para aproveit\u00e1-las, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios grandes investimentos&#8221;, diz Hans-J\u00f6rg Bertschi, Presidente Executivo do Grupo Bertschi.<\/p>\n<p>A Bertschi planeja expandir sua rede de terminais para o transporte intermodal, com a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o dos terminais KV em Rotterdam Botlek e Duisburg j\u00e1 implementada este ano, e mais investimentos nos pa\u00edses Benelux previstos para 2022. Al\u00e9m disso, a Bertschi est\u00e1 intensificando globalmente o uso de transportes ferrovi\u00e1rios ecol\u00f3gicos, incluindo no com\u00e9rcio com a China pela Rota da Seda, na R\u00fassia e nos EUA.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 otimizando sua infraestrutura interna: um exemplo significativo \u00e9 a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de limpeza de tanques em Birrfeld, na Su\u00ed\u00e7a, onde a Bertschi conseguiu reduzir a energia de aquecimento e as emiss\u00f5es de CO2 em dois ter\u00e7os por meio de investimentos em otimiza\u00e7\u00f5es e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de calor.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Caminh\u00f5es a hidrog\u00eanio possibilitam cadeias de transporte intermodais clim\u00e1ticamente neutras<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O pr\u00f3ximo objetivo clim\u00e1tico da empresa s\u00e3o cadeias de transporte porta-a-porta com zero emiss\u00f5es de CO2, incluindo o transporte intermodal de ida e volta na estrada. A Bertschi aposta na tecnologia de hidrog\u00eanio com c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel: o hidrog\u00eanio verde (H2) gerado a partir de energias renov\u00e1veis permite a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de caminh\u00f5es com zero emiss\u00f5es de CO2. A empresa est\u00e1 se preparando para a entrega dos primeiros caminh\u00f5es-trator de 40\/44 toneladas a hidrog\u00eanio em cerca de tr\u00eas anos para um projeto piloto na Su\u00ed\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o in\u00edcio bem-sucedido do piloto, uma esta\u00e7\u00e3o de abastecimento de hidrog\u00eanio pr\u00f3pria dever\u00e1 ser instalada, entre outros, no terminal de Birrfeld (Su\u00ed\u00e7a). O hidrog\u00eanio ser\u00e1 gerado por energia solar e eletricidade de hidrel\u00e9tricas em per\u00edodos de excesso. A eletricidade excedente n\u00e3o pode ser armazenada e deve ser &#8220;destru\u00edda&#8221; de outra forma. No entanto, a energia dessa eletricidade pode ser armazenada em hidrog\u00eanio e convertida novamente em eletricidade na c\u00e9lula de combust\u00edvel do caminh\u00e3o para impulsionar o ve\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As primeiras cadeias de transporte clim\u00e1ticamente neutras feitas pela Bertschi podem, portanto, se tornar realidade em um futuro pr\u00f3ximo&#8221;, prev\u00ea Jan Arnet com orgulho. &#8220;Para clientes orientados ao consumidor, a log\u00edstica clim\u00e1ticamente neutra j\u00e1 \u00e9 um valor agregado. E tamb\u00e9m os clientes da ind\u00fastria qu\u00edmica est\u00e3o cada vez mais focados em metas clim\u00e1ticas para a log\u00edstica.&#8221; <\/p>\n<h5><strong>Zero emiss\u00f5es significa antecipar o futuro<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A partir dos passos descritos acima, fica claro que o Grupo Bertschi est\u00e1 se preparando como empresa para desenvolvimentos decorrentes da mudan\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>Hans-J\u00f6rg Bertschi enfatiza que a velocidade desse desenvolvimento depende fortemente das condi\u00e7\u00f5es que a pol\u00edtica estabelecer\u00e1 nos pr\u00f3ximos anos: &#8220;N\u00e3o vamos esperar pela pol\u00edtica, mas j\u00e1 come\u00e7amos a antecipar o futuro.
