A condu\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00f3noma e o Hamburg TruckPilot s\u00e3o um bom exemplo de processos transformadores que queremos moldar ativamente.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Hamburg TruckPilot: Pioneirismo atrav\u00e9s da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A MAN Truck &amp; Bus e a Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG conclu\u00edram com sucesso o projeto piloto Hamburg TruckPilot no ver\u00e3o de 2021. O objetivo do projeto de tr\u00eas anos, que tamb\u00e9m fazia parte da parceria estrat\u00e9gica de mobilidade entre a cidade de Hamburgo e o Grupo Volkswagen, inclu\u00eda o desenvolvimento e teste pr\u00e1tico de um cami\u00e3o aut\u00f3nomo na movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de cont\u00eaineres no terminal de cont\u00eaineres da HHLA em Altenwerder (CTA). Durante os testes pr\u00e1ticos, o parceiro log\u00edstico, a empresa de transporte Jakob Weets e.K. de Emden, inicialmente operou cont\u00eaineres de 40 p\u00e9s sob a supervis\u00e3o de um motorista, em nome da log\u00edstica do Grupo Volkswagen, at\u00e9 o terminal CTA no porto de Hamburgo. L\u00e1, o cami\u00e3o operou autonomamente pelo terreno do terminal e se movimentou suavemente no tr\u00e1fego misto com outros participantes. Ele estacionou seu destino na pista de armazenamento e tamb\u00e9m manobrou de forma aut\u00f4noma e precisa para a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de estacionamento. Ap\u00f3s a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do cont\u00eainer, o retorno ao Check-Gate tamb\u00e9m foi feito de forma aut\u00f3noma, e fora do terreno do terminal, o motorista da empresa de transporte Jakob Weets e.K. reassumiu o controle total.<\/p>\n<p>Till Schlumberger, como gerente de projeto na HHLA respons\u00e1vel pelo Hamburg TruckPilot, deixou claro qual foi o pioneirismo tecnol\u00f3gico alcan\u00e7ado com o teste bem-sucedido: &#8220;O terminal de cont\u00eaineres da HHLA em Altenwerder \u00e9 o ambiente de teste ideal para experimentar tecnologias promissoras devido aos seus processos altamente automatizados. A integra\u00e7\u00e3o segura de cami\u00f5es aut\u00f3nomos nos processos do terminal, no entanto, \u00e9 um grande desafio, pois envolve a mistura de tr\u00e1fego aut\u00f3nomo e cl\u00e1ssico. Com o Hamburg TruckPilot, conseguimos demonstrar que essa aplica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel e promissora na pr\u00e1tica.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Testes pr\u00e1ticos tamb\u00e9m fora de \u00e1reas fechadas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Sebastian V\u00f6ll, gerente de projeto do Hamburg TruckPilot na MAN Truck &amp; Bus, est\u00e1 muito satisfeito com os resultados do teste pr\u00e1tico no porto de Hamburgo: &#8220;O Hamburg TruckPilot foi um marco importante para n\u00f3s no caminho para a condu\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00f3noma. Quando nosso prot\u00f3tipo manobrou pela primeira vez de forma aut\u00f4noma em uma pista de armazenamento, vimos: funciona, podemos atender aos altos requisitos de precis\u00e3o. E tamb\u00e9m a condu\u00e7\u00e3o pelo terreno do terminal com muitos outros cami\u00f5es manuais foi perfeitamente dominada pela sens\u00f3rica, reconhecimento do ambiente e sistemas de automa\u00e7\u00e3o em conjunto. Quando, durante os testes pr\u00e1ticos, o primeiro cont\u00eainer com carga real foi levantado do chassi, fiquei orgulhoso de toda a equipe! Podemos construir sobre essas experi\u00eancias em projetos futuros.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Os parceiros tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 coletaram dados valiosos com foco na condu\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00f3noma entre diferentes pontos de log\u00edstica no tr\u00e1fego Hub-to-Hub durante as viagens de transporte manuais na A7 entre o terminal de cont\u00eaineres Weets em Soltau e a \u00e1rea portu\u00e1ria a 70 quil\u00f4metros de dist\u00e2ncia. Esses dados tamb\u00e9m beneficiar\u00e3o projetos futuros com testes pr\u00e1ticos em vias p\u00fablicas. Esses testes pr\u00e1ticos, sempre acompanhados por motoristas de seguran\u00e7a, tamb\u00e9m se tornam poss\u00edveis fora de \u00e1reas fechadas devido \u00e0 lei sobre condu\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00f3noma na Alemanha.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>A Alemanha como motor de inova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Como o primeiro pa\u00eds do mundo, a Rep\u00fablica Federal da Alemanha implementou em julho de 2021 uma lei sobre condu\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00f3noma. Esta regula e permite, em princ\u00edpio, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos aut\u00f3nomos em \u00e1reas operacionais definidas, como no tr\u00e1fego entre terminais log\u00edsticos. Uma supervis\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica deve tamb\u00e9m monitorar as viagens.<\/p>\n<p>Para o transporte de mercadorias, os cami\u00f5es aut\u00f3nomos trazem uma s\u00e9rie de vantagens. Eles t\u00eam o potencial de tornar os transportes mais eficientes, econ\u00f4micos, confi\u00e1veis, sustent\u00e1veis e, acima de tudo, mais seguros. Para a log\u00edstica de cont\u00eaineres 4.0 e a Ind\u00fastria 4.0, os cami\u00f5es aut\u00f3nomos representam um elemento importante. Eles tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para a escassez de motoristas, que est\u00e1 se tornando cada vez mais um problema para muitas empresas de transporte.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Perspectivas para o futuro do transporte de mercadorias<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Para impulsionar a automa\u00e7\u00e3o, a MAN planeja lan\u00e7ar progressivamente mais projetos de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o para o desenvolvimento de tr\u00e1fegos aut\u00f3nomos Hub-to-Hub. A partir da metade da d\u00e9cada, s\u00e3o pens\u00e1veis os primeiros testes de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de cami\u00f5es MAN aut\u00f3nomos, integrados nos processos operacionais de empresas clientes. O objetivo \u00e9, a partir de 2030, realizar cami\u00f5es que conduzem de forma aut\u00f3noma como solu\u00e7\u00f5es em s\u00e9rie.
