Conversas de Dortmund&#8221;.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Dortmund) Cerca de 4,4 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de mercadorias perigosas circulam anualmente pelas estradas da Alemanha \u2013 tend\u00eancia em alta. Isso se deve principalmente ao aumento de aparelhos dom\u00e9sticos movidos a bateria, bem como \u00e0 crescente propor\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos na Alemanha. No entanto, os documentos de acompanhamento gerados em cada transporte geralmente n\u00e3o est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis de forma digital \u2013 e muito menos s\u00e3o armazenados de maneira \u00e0 prova de manipula\u00e7\u00e3o e legal.<\/p>\n<p>A solu\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;Dragon&#8221; (Dispositivo para transporte confi\u00e1vel de mercadorias perigosas), desenvolvida no \u00e2mbito do Instituto Europeu de Blockchain, deve agora ajudar a resolver isso. &#8220;Com o Dragon, pela primeira vez existe uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para o setor de mercadorias perigosas que torna qualquer dispositivo m\u00f3vel compat\u00edvel com blockchain. Dispositivos compat\u00edveis com blockchain desempenham um papel importante na moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o de mercadorias perigosas, considerando o aumento constante do volume de mercadorias perigosas. A abordagem &#8216;Traga seu pr\u00f3prio dispositivo&#8217; torna poss\u00edvel trazer o grande potencial da tecnologia blockchain para a log\u00edstica operacional de mercadorias perigosas&#8221;, enfatiza o Prof. Michael Henke, diretor do Instituto Fraunhofer IML. Especialmente em um tema fortemente regulamentado como o transporte de mercadorias perigosas, onde muitos atores est\u00e3o envolvidos, desde o remetente at\u00e9 o carregador, transportador e destinat\u00e1rio, a tecnologia revela seu grande potencial.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Automatizar processos recorrentes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Com o Dragon, no futuro, documentos de acompanhamento relevantes poder\u00e3o ser recuperados da blockchain, eventos ser\u00e3o rastreados continuamente e chamados contratos inteligentes ser\u00e3o acionados. Isso permitir\u00e1 automatizar processos recorrentes de manuseio de mercadorias perigosas e armazen\u00e1-los de forma legal. Isso economiza muito tempo e minimiza erros humanos. O dispositivo tamb\u00e9m deve ser acompanhado por um documento de transporte eletr\u00f4nico, que deve simplificar a troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es entre os participantes do processo, ser \u00e0 prova de manipula\u00e7\u00e3o e sempre conter as informa\u00e7\u00f5es mais atualizadas. O projeto para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto Europeu de Blockchain na Ren\u00e2nia do Norte-Vestf\u00e1lia est\u00e1 sendo financiado desde maio de 2020 com cerca de 7,6 milh\u00f5es de euros pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Economia, Inova\u00e7\u00e3o, Digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Energia do estado da Ren\u00e2nia do Norte-Vestf\u00e1lia.
