Uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o fotovoltaica foi instalada no telhado.<\/p>\n<p>(Munique\/M\u00fchldorf) Na presen\u00e7a de Bodo Hollung, diretor executivo e s\u00f3cio da LIP Invest, Dr. Franz Hauk, diretor executivo da empresa de projeto respons\u00e1vel GreenRock, e do gerente de projeto respons\u00e1vel, Jens Edelmann, a Placa de Ouro foi fixada na fachada. Ela confirma oficialmente que, com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel, foi alcan\u00e7ada uma alta qualidade em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao balan\u00e7o ecol\u00f3gico do edif\u00edcio e \u00e0 biodiversidade. Al\u00e9m disso, a LIP Invest disponibiliza um ninho para falc\u00f5es-peregrinos e dois hot\u00e9is para insetos no local. Os hot\u00e9is para insetos foram instalados no local, protegidos do vento; o ninho ser\u00e1 montado em altura na fachada do im\u00f3vel log\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No \u00e2mbito da estrat\u00e9gia ESG para nossos fundos, estabelecemos v\u00e1rias metas ambientais. Uma extensa instala\u00e7\u00e3o fotovoltaica foi constru\u00edda nas superf\u00edcies do telhado. Isso ajudou a garantir que o im\u00f3vel log\u00edstico j\u00e1 apresentasse valores negativos de emiss\u00f5es de CO<sub>2<\/sub> no momento da opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Em algumas semanas, a segunda parte dos m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 conectada \u00e0 rede. No total, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 uma pot\u00eancia m\u00e1xima de 1250 quilowatts.
