Um &#8220;Enterprise Lab&#8221; conjunto deve desenvolver ainda mais o enxame de ve\u00edculos altamente din\u00e2mico.<\/p>\n<p>(Frankfurt\/Dortmund) O KION GROUP AG e o Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML) querem, como parceiros, transferir o enxame de ve\u00edculos aut\u00f3nomos &#8220;Load Runner&#8221;, equipado com intelig\u00eancia artificial distribu\u00edda, do prot\u00f3tipo para a industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolv\u00ea-lo tecnicamente. Para isso, o instituto de pesquisa e o grupo de intralog\u00edstica fundam um &#8220;Enterprise Lab&#8221; conjunto. Al\u00e9m disso, a KION licencia a tecnologia LoadRunner do Fraunhofer IML para uso no grupo empresarial internacional.<\/p>\n<p>Com o LoadRunner, o Fraunhofer IML desenvolveu uma nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos de transporte aut\u00f3nomos com enorme capacidade de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o. A sua coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos inteligente e distribu\u00edda deve elevar o ve\u00edculo aut\u00f3nomo de alta velocidade a um novo n\u00edvel de rob\u00f3tica em enxame. Os ve\u00edculos de transporte possuem a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o de um carro desportivo e avan\u00e7am para uma nova classe de desempenho. O laborat\u00f3rio dever\u00e1 iniciar suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es ainda em setembro e est\u00e1 projetado para um per\u00edodo de pelo menos tr\u00eas anos.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, um LoadRunner pode mover-se de forma altamente din\u00e2mica em enxame a at\u00e9 10 m\/s. Se necess\u00e1rio, v\u00e1rios ve\u00edculos e at\u00e9 quatro reboques passivos podem se acoplar magneticamente entre si para transportar pe\u00e7as grandes e volumosas. Com sua din\u00e2mica e chassi omnidirecional, o LoadRunner \u00e9 perfeito para processos de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. A entrega da carga ocorre sem atuadores adicionais, exclusivamente por meio da in\u00e9rcia ao desacelerar o ve\u00edculo. O LoadRunner individual pode transportar e classificar cargas de at\u00e9 cerca de 30 kg sozinho. Assim, ele pode ser usado, por exemplo, para o transporte e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de bagagens em aeroportos.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>10.000 envios por hora com apenas 60 ve\u00edculos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O LoadRunner desenvolvido pelo Fraunhofer IML teve sua primeira apari\u00e7\u00e3o no Digital Summit 2019, no \u00e2mbito de um projeto apoiado pelo Minist\u00e9rio Federal dos Transportes e Infraestrutura Digital (BMVI). Em setembro de 2020, um estudo realizado sobre o uso do LoadRunner para a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de pacotes forneceu os primeiros resultados promissores: com apenas 60 ve\u00edculos, \u00e9 teoricamente poss\u00edvel classificar significativamente mais de 10.000 envios por hora. Assim, 60 LoadRunners j\u00e1 alcan\u00e7am \u00e1reas de desempenho de sistemas de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00e1ssicos.
