Quantidades de envio vari\u00e1veis, dimens\u00f5es incomuns e acordos de entrega individuais \u2013 os envios B2C apresentam grandes desafios para os operadores de log\u00edstica de carga fracionada.<\/p>\n<p>(Paderborn) A OSL registou um aumento de dez por cento no n\u00famero de envios e treze por cento na tonelagem em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o ano anterior. Uma grande parte disso deve-se \u00e0 crescente procura no neg\u00f3cio B2C. Para garantir que as mercadorias sejam entregues pontualmente e de forma fi\u00e1vel no futuro, a associa\u00e7\u00e3o de carga fracionada est\u00e1 a reorganizar os seus processos: A partir de 1 de setembro, n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 mais o expedidor de recep\u00e7\u00e3o a notificar os envios nacionais com data fixa, mas sim o expedidor de envio. Assim, desde o in\u00edcio da cadeia de entrega, fica claro quando a entrega deve ocorrer. Isso significa mais seguran\u00e7a no planejamento para todas as partes envolvidas.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Novos processos para um planejamento de transporte mais eficiente<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O procedimento futuro ser\u00e1 o seguinte: Quando um expedidor de envio recebe do seu cliente a ordem para entregar uma remessa dentro da Alemanha a um destinat\u00e1rio particular, ele retira a mercadoria do cliente e a estaciona temporariamente no seu dep\u00f3sito. Em seguida, ele combina, por telefone ou e-mail, uma data de entrega com o destinat\u00e1rio. Somente ap\u00f3s a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o bem-sucedida da data, ele insere a remessa na rede da ONLINE Systemlogistik. O expedidor de recep\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 automaticamente informado sobre a chegada da remessa e a data de entrega prevista ao destinat\u00e1rio final: ele j\u00e1 sabe se precisa reservar espa\u00e7o para um armazenamento tempor\u00e1rio ou organizar um transporte r\u00e1pido.<br \/>O destinat\u00e1rio particular recebe, se desejar, uma notifica\u00e7\u00e3o por e-mail um dia antes da entrega acordada \u2013 caso a data prevista n\u00e3o seja mais conveniente, uma nova pode ser agendada. Al\u00e9m disso, se uma notifica\u00e7\u00e3o telef\u00f3nica no dia da entrega for desejada, os motoristas anunciam-se uma hora antes da entrega.<br \/>Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o procedimento anterior, a OSL torna a entrega aos clientes finais ainda mais eficiente e garante um fluxo de informa\u00e7\u00f5es suave entre os parceiros log\u00edsticos e os clientes na \u00e1rea B2C. A flexibilidade muitas vezes compromete a qualidade \u2013 quem &#8216;insere&#8217; envios entre outros, arrisca que outras entregas n\u00e3o cheguem a tempo. E exatamente esse risco \u00e9 evitado pelo nosso novo procedimento de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o.&#8221; Com os novos processos, os produtos de data fixa existentes e a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica ao destinat\u00e1rio por e-mail, a OSL est\u00e1 bem posicionada para o neg\u00f3cio nacional B2C e outras entregas com agendamento.
