L\u00e1, a MAN, em conjunto com parceiros do projeto ANITA, tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 a testar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um cami\u00e3o totalmente automatizado em opera\u00e7\u00e3o real de terminal. O primeiro passo em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao Terminal 4.0 foi dado com a conclus\u00e3o de an\u00e1lises abrangentes.<\/p>\n<p>(Ulm\/Munique) Os n\u00fameros s\u00e3o impressionantes: at\u00e9 600 vezes por dia, um contentor \u00e9 movimentado no dep\u00f3sito da DB Intermodal Services no norte de Ulm, numa \u00e1rea de 90.000 metros quadrados, 50 a 60 vezes por dia um cami\u00e3o transporta um dos contentores entre o dep\u00f3sito e o terminal DUSS (Deutsche Umschlaggesellschaft Schiene-Stra\u00dfe mbH) nas proximidades, atrav\u00e9s de uma curta rota p\u00fablica de quase um quil\u00f3metro. Os contentores s\u00e3o ent\u00e3o colocados nos trilhos por um dos tr\u00eas guindastes de portal que pesam 330 toneladas e t\u00eam 25 metros de altura, ao longo da linha de guindastes de 700 metros: A Deutsche Bahn organiza a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em quatro trilhos e quatro trilhos de desvio \u2013 e isso est\u00e1 a aumentar: O transporte combinado \u00e9 um dos mercados de crescimento mais fortes em todo o transporte de mercadorias. Nos pr\u00f3ximos anos, um novo m\u00f3dulo com instala\u00e7\u00f5es de guindaste automatizadas dever\u00e1 ser constru\u00eddo em Ulm Dornstadt.<\/p>\n<p>Os transportes de entrega no dep\u00f3sito e no terminal, com muitos processos baseados em papel, uma curta dist\u00e2ncia de hub para hub entre os dois locais, um ambiente inovador e a perspectiva de, com a infraestrutura existente, atingir os limites no futuro: h\u00e1 muito potencial para mais efici\u00eancia e flexibilidade em Dornstadt. E \u00e9 precisamente por isso que \u00e9 um ambiente ideal que os participantes do ANITA (&#8220;Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Aut\u00f4noma na Opera\u00e7\u00e3o do Terminal&#8221;) escolheram para os seus testes: MAN Truck &amp; Bus, Deutsche Bahn, Hochschule Fresenius e G\u00f6tting KG. Desde julho de 2020, os parceiros est\u00e3o a trabalhar no projeto piloto, com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 39 meses e financiado pelo Minist\u00e9rio Federal da Economia e Energia, para automatizar a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o entre os modos de transporte \u2013 e tamb\u00e9m dar o pr\u00f3ximo passo em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a transportes automatizados de hub para hub.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>An\u00e1lises abrangentes a n\u00edvel nacional<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Primeiro, a infraestrutura com todas as interfaces teve de ser mapeada e digitalizada, para que os cami\u00f5es e o terminal possam comunicar-se no futuro. Uma tarefa complexa que a Hochschule Fresenius agora concluiu. Durante cerca de um ano, os cientistas observaram e descreveram humanos e m\u00e1quinas ao longo dos processos, analisaram documentos e regulamentos e realizaram entrevistas com motoristas de cami\u00f5es e empilhadores, despachantes e transportadores no local, para capturar tamb\u00e9m o conhecimento impl\u00edcito. &#8220;Estas s\u00e3o regras estabelecidas e comprovadas que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o documentadas em nenhum lugar \u2013 como um aceno de cabe\u00e7a como sinal entre o motorista do cami\u00e3o e o operador do guindaste ou outras decis\u00f5es humanas espont\u00e2neas&#8221;, explica o Prof. Dr. Christian T. Haas, diretor do Instituto de Pesquisa de Sistemas Complexos da Hochschule Fresenius. &#8220;Precisamos entender tamb\u00e9m essas regras, para depois ensin\u00e1-las ao cami\u00e3o como um algoritmo.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13105 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/MAN_27.7.21_Titel.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1222\" height=\"761\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A an\u00e1lise n\u00e3o ocorreu apenas em Ulm, mas tamb\u00e9m em outros locais da DUSS. Os algoritmos devem, a longo prazo, ser transferidos para outros terminais, portos e instala\u00e7\u00f5es industriais onde ve\u00edculos aut\u00f3nomos ir\u00e3o operar. Diferen\u00e7as devem, portanto, ser consideradas desde o in\u00edcio na programa\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;Cada terminal tem suas pr\u00f3prias regras de jogo, definimos fun\u00e7\u00f5es generalizadas para todos os terminais, bem como fun\u00e7\u00f5es especificadoras que se aplicam localmente&#8221;, explica Haas \u2013 um grande desafio: &#8220;Ao contr\u00e1rio dos humanos, um sistema autom\u00e1tico n\u00e3o pode improvisar ou contornar regras, deve haver uma instru\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00e3o clara para cada situa\u00e7\u00e3o.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Conhecimentos lingu\u00edsticos para cami\u00f5es aut\u00f3nomos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A pr\u00f3xima etapa ser\u00e1 transferir o esquema modular resultante para um software de planejamento de miss\u00f5es. Pela primeira vez em um processo de desenvolvimento desse tipo, a linguagem contratual &#8220;Contract Specification Language&#8221; da empresa Deon Digital ser\u00e1 utilizada, com a qual a Hochschule Fresenius est\u00e1 a colaborar. Paralelamente, a MAN e a G\u00f6tting tamb\u00e9m utilizam os resultados para o desenvolvimento adicional do cami\u00e3o aut\u00f3nomo. Testes com o prot\u00f3tipo automatizado est\u00e3o previstos para o segundo semestre de 2022; sempre com um motorista de seguran\u00e7a a bordo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Pr\u00f3xima fase de complexidade<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A MAN j\u00e1 testou cami\u00f5es a operar de forma automatizada no porto de Hamburgo. &#8220;No ANITA, estamos a abordar a pr\u00f3xima fase de complexidade ao longo do nosso roteiro de automa\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, classifica Andreas Zimmermann, chefe de desenvolvimento de eletr\u00f3nica na MAN Truck &amp; Bus, o projeto em Ulm, onde haver\u00e1 mais tr\u00e1fego externo e intera\u00e7\u00e3o com a infraestrutura. &#8220;Consequentemente, um cami\u00e3o com tecnologia de automa\u00e7\u00e3o semelhante \u00e0 de Hamburgo, com numerosos sensores Lidar, radar e c\u00e2maras para uma vis\u00e3o de 360 graus, ser\u00e1 utilizado, mas com um n\u00edvel de desenvolvimento ainda mais elevado.&#8221; Para isso, uma grande equipe est\u00e1 a trabalhar de forma interdepartamental no desenvolvimento da MAN. &#8220;Al\u00e9m disso, estamos a aproveitar as sinergias do grupo VW&#8221;, acrescenta Zimmermann.<\/p>\n<p>Fotos: \u00a9 MAN<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ap\u00f3s o bem-sucedido teste de cami\u00f5es aut\u00f3nomos no porto de Hamburgo, a MAN est\u00e1 a realizar outro projeto de automa\u00e7\u00e3o em Ulm.
