Kicherer possui uma frota pr\u00f3pria de 85 ve\u00edculos com os quais distribui 1.000 toneladas de a\u00e7o diariamente.<\/h5>\n<p>(Bocholt\/Ellwangen) A telem\u00e1tica moderna j\u00e1 \u00e9 uma parte indispens\u00e1vel da frota do grossista de a\u00e7o Friedrich Kicherer. Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o por GPS, transmiss\u00e3o de dados de pedidos ou a vis\u00e3o dos tempos de dire\u00e7\u00e3o atualmente dispon\u00edveis: essa tecnologia n\u00e3o apenas alivia os motoristas e despachantes, mas tamb\u00e9m aumenta o n\u00edvel de servi\u00e7o e a transpar\u00eancia em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos clientes, gra\u00e7as aos tempos de chegada previs\u00edveis e precisos.<\/p>\n<p>A abertura para solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras levou Kicherer a ter despachantes, gerentes de transporte e assistentes apoiados por cinco sistemas diferentes. &#8220;Gerenciamento de pedidos, localiza\u00e7\u00e3o, an\u00e1lise de viabilidade e tempos de dire\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como a gest\u00e3o dos cart\u00f5es SIM e tablets eram realizados por fornecedores separados&#8221;, lembra Michael R\u00f6ther, que \u00e9 o gerente de transporte na Kicherer e \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por uma frota de 85 ve\u00edculos pr\u00f3prios. Estes est\u00e3o divididos em quatro unidades com quatro locais de despacho separados. Por dia, cerca de 1.000 t de a\u00e7o s\u00e3o transportados de Ellwangen para clientes em todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>A diversidade das solu\u00e7\u00f5es de telem\u00e1tica resultou em um aumento do esfor\u00e7o organizacional, v\u00e1rias interfaces e m\u00faltiplos pontos de contato. &#8220;Muitos sistemas tamb\u00e9m significam muitas fontes potenciais de erro, quando na telem\u00e1tica algo n\u00e3o funciona como planejado&#8221;, diz R\u00f6ther. Nesses casos, sempre foi necess\u00e1rio analisar primeiro qual fornecedor era respons\u00e1vel pela falha espec\u00edfica. Nesse contexto, Kicherer buscou uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente que pudesse atender a todos os requisitos de telem\u00e1tica em um \u00fanico sistema.<\/p>\n<h5>Manuseio simples do software<\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;N\u00f3s procuramos fornecedores adequados em feiras relevantes e chamamos a aten\u00e7\u00e3o para a TIS&#8221;, relata Tobias Abele, que liderou o projeto de TI. &#8220;A solu\u00e7\u00e3o TISLOG nos permite o gerenciamento de pedidos m\u00f3veis, an\u00e1lises precisas de estilo de condu\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como o download, armazenamento e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados do tac\u00f3grafo e dos cart\u00f5es dos motoristas&#8221;, resume Abele. Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 a gest\u00e3o dos cart\u00f5es SIM e o gerenciamento de dispositivos m\u00f3veis TISLOG MDM desenvolvido pela TIS, com o qual os tablets dos motoristas utilizados na Kicherer podem ser atualizados com novos softwares com um simples toque de bot\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O TISLOG MDM foi otimizado para as necessidades da ind\u00fastria de log\u00edstica. Assim, a TIS oferece uma alternativa desenvolvida internamente \u00e0s solu\u00e7\u00f5es de terceiros. O TISLOG MDM permite a gest\u00e3o eficiente e centralizada de todos os dispositivos m\u00f3veis de telem\u00e1tica utilizados e \u00e9 uma parte integrada da fam\u00edlia de software TISLOG. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o serve, por exemplo, para a r\u00e1pida e sem fio transmiss\u00e3o de atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es de software para terminais de dados, scanners, tablets ou smartphones, bem como para o backup de dados e invent\u00e1rio de todos os dispositivos m\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Na TIS, temos tamb\u00e9m a vantagem de que a solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 constantemente ampliada com novos m\u00f3dulos \u00fateis&#8221;, diz Luca R\u00f6hrer, que est\u00e1 fazendo um est\u00e1gio como especialista em inform\u00e1tica para integra\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas na Kicherer. Como exemplo, ele menciona os aplicativos para controle de partida ou a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o da seguran\u00e7a da carga com fun\u00e7\u00e3o de foto integrada.<\/p>\n<h5><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16919 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/TIS_24.1.22_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1296\" height=\"871\" \/><\/h5>\n<h5>Teste pr\u00e1tico antes da decis\u00e3o<\/h5>\n<p>Antes da decis\u00e3o final pelo TISLOG, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o teve que passar por um intenso teste pr\u00e1tico na Kicherer. Para isso, 15 caminh\u00f5es da transportadora pr\u00f3pria foram equipados com um tablet Samsung (Galaxy TAB Active 2), uma Truckbox e uma impressora m\u00f3vel. O hardware desenvolvido pela TIS fornece, conforme necess\u00e1rio, dados de telem\u00e1tica abrangentes para a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o da frota. As caixas est\u00e3o equipadas com um receptor GPS potente e um cart\u00e3o SIM pr\u00f3prio. Na Kicherer, os dispositivos est\u00e3o conectados via interface FMS ao CAN-Bus do caminh\u00e3o e ao tac\u00f3grafo digital. &#8220;Dessa forma, nossos despachantes s\u00e3o fornecidos de forma confi\u00e1vel com os tempos atuais de dire\u00e7\u00e3o, trabalho e descanso&#8221;, relata R\u00f6ther. O processamento e a an\u00e1lise dos dados do tac\u00f3grafo ocorrem continuamente atrav\u00e9s do portal TISLOG office e, a partir da\u00ed, automaticamente para o software de planejamento de rotas Pracar da Wanko utilizado na Kicherer.<\/p>\n<h5>Software gera e-mail com hor\u00e1rio de chegada exato<\/h5>\n<p>Na dire\u00e7\u00e3o oposta, as rotas criadas com o Pracar s\u00e3o enviadas via celular para os tablets equipados com o aplicativo TISLOG. Os motoristas recebem, assim, dados de pedidos exatos e inequ\u00edvocos, que podem ser transferidos imediatamente para o sistema de navega\u00e7\u00e3o integrado com um toque de bot\u00e3o. &#8220;Durante toda a rota, os motoristas s\u00e3o acompanhados passo a passo pelo processo de entrega&#8221;, observa Abele. Isso facilita especialmente o trabalho dos motoristas estrangeiros, uma vez que os comandos s\u00e3o automaticamente traduzidos para o respectivo idioma.<\/p>\n<p>Para mais transpar\u00eancia e uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o melhorada, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 feita a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica da entrega no pr\u00f3ximo ponto de descarregamento. Para isso, Kicherer gera um e-mail com hor\u00e1rios exatos e um link para download dos comprovantes de entrega. Dessa forma, a entrada de mercadorias \u00e9 acelerada e os tempos de espera s\u00e3o reduzidos.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a intensa fase de testes, o sistema foi &#8220;considerado bom por todos os envolvidos&#8221; e instalado em toda a frota no final de 2020 \/ 2021. O TISLOG teve que ser configurado para as necessidades individuais das quatro unidades da frota. Kicherer distingue aqui entre as \u00e1reas de transporte, dobra, centro de a\u00e7o e o com\u00e9rcio de conex\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o (PVH). Nesse contexto, o TISLOG &#8220;aprendeu&#8221; a receber e-mails, imprimir documentos de entrega nas impressoras m\u00f3veis na cabine do motorista ou comprar vinhetas.<\/p>\n<h5>Integra\u00e7\u00e3o de outras ferramentas planejada<\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;O projeto foi realizado com total satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente porque nossos contatos dedicados na TIS tamb\u00e9m estavam dispon\u00edveis a qualquer momento entre os feriados de Natal&#8221;, enfatizam Abele e R\u00f6ther, que desejam expandir continuamente o sistema de telem\u00e1tica.
