A disponibilidade do armaz\u00e9m de sal, operado em dois turnos, n\u00e3o p\u00f4de mais ser garantida. Em estreita coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com o consultor log\u00edstico Bernhard Lechner, a escolha recaiu sobre a Kardex Mlog.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neuenstadt\/Bad Reichenhall) No primeiro passo, a equipe da Kardex Mlog desmontou os dispositivos existentes e o equipamento de g\u00e1s. Os antigos RBGs foram removidos com a ajuda de um guindaste atrav\u00e9s de uma abertura no telhado. O mesmo caminho, em dire\u00e7\u00e3o oposta, foi seguido pelos tr\u00eas novos dispositivos do tipo MSingle A 1100, cuja prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra corros\u00e3o vai muito al\u00e9m do padr\u00e3o habitual. Assim, no \u00e2mbito da produ\u00e7\u00e3o em Neuenstadt, todas as partes galvanizadas foram pintadas ou revestidas a p\u00f3. Os parafusos necess\u00e1rios para os ajustes e regulagens s\u00e3o feitos de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel V2A. Todos os outros parafusos foram pintados. A trilha de corrida tamb\u00e9m foi pintada em \u00e1reas fora da superf\u00edcie de corrida.<\/p>\n<p>Embora os RBGs originais fossem de um concorrente, a Kardex Mlog se mostrou um parceiro de projeto confi\u00e1vel na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de outro armaz\u00e9m de prateleiras altas na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Reichenhall. O per\u00edodo do projeto foi definido para agosto de 2021. Durante a fase de reforma de cerca de quatro semanas, a mercadoria embalada em paletes de euro e pl\u00e1sticos foi armazenada em um armaz\u00e9m externo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Maior durabilidade<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A tecnologia de f\u00e1cil manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do MSingle A permite uma variante de automa\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica, ao mesmo tempo em que oferece alta capacidade de manuseio e m\u00e1xima utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do espa\u00e7o. Os dispositivos fornecidos para a SWS AG t\u00eam 22,8 m de altura e oferecem uma capacidade de carga de 1.000 kg. Devido \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o compacta do mastro tubular e \u00e0 aus\u00eancia de uma cabine de operador fechada, o MSingle A se destaca em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com RBGs convencionais por seu peso pr\u00f3prio reduzido. Isso permite o uso de motores menores tanto para o chassi quanto para o sistema de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o, economizando energia. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o esbelta tamb\u00e9m permite uma largura de corredor mais estreita e dimens\u00f5es de aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o muito pequenas nas dire\u00e7\u00f5es do chassi e do sistema de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o. Outra caracter\u00edstica de constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a desvio de cabo na cabe\u00e7a da coluna: isso \u00e9 feito atrav\u00e9s de duas polias de cabo de pl\u00e1stico com rolamentos, o que permite uma vida \u00fatil mais longa do cabo de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os pedidos de entrada e sa\u00edda s\u00e3o transmitidos para as m\u00e1quinas via computador de gerenciamento de armaz\u00e9m (LVR). As interfaces de dados necess\u00e1rias foram configuradas pela Kardex Mlog. Os empilhadores s\u00e3o equipados com um garfo telesc\u00f3pico para armazenamento de profundidade simples com dois dentes. Cada RBG acelera a at\u00e9 100 m\/min para movimentos de deslocamento e 60 m\/min para movimentos de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o, alcan\u00e7ando cerca de 35 ciclos duplos por hora. Isso corresponde a um desempenho de mais de 100 entradas e sa\u00eddas em todo o armaz\u00e9m. &#8220;Com isso, aumentamos a capacidade do armaz\u00e9m em cerca de 33 por cento&#8221;, afirma o gerente de projeto da Kardex Mlog, Sebastian Haist.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Reforma em menos de quatro semanas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O primeiro dos tr\u00eas MSingle A 1100 p\u00f4de ser colocado em opera\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 em 18 de agosto de 2021. Os outros dois RBGs seguiram apenas alguns dias depois, de modo que toda a fase de reforma, incluindo a conex\u00e3o ao gerenciamento de armaz\u00e9m, p\u00f4de ser limitada a pouco menos de quatro semanas. &#8220;Estamos mais do que satisfeitos com o andamento do projeto. A equipe da Kardex Mlog trabalhou de forma r\u00e1pida e profissional e nos manteve informados sobre cada passo&#8221;, explica o gerente de projeto da S\u00fcdwestdeutsche Salzwerke AG.<\/p>\n<p>Cada RBG possui um painel de controle m\u00f3vel, equipado com um painel sens\u00edvel ao toque. Com isso, o dispositivo de manuseio de estantes pode ser operado em modo semi-autom\u00e1tico, manual e de configura\u00e7\u00e3o. Para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos comandos de deslocamento e eleva\u00e7\u00e3o, s\u00e3o utilizados modernos controladores do tipo Siemens S7-1500F e SEW Movi PLC. Quaisquer falhas ou interrup\u00e7\u00f5es na opera\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser localizadas de forma r\u00e1pida e f\u00e1cil com a ajuda das c\u00e2meras instaladas nos RBGs. Para uma melhor visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, a \u00e1rea de vis\u00e3o das c\u00e2meras \u00e9 iluminada.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o sem acesso ao corredor<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com o sistema de visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o MVisu, muitas falhas podem ser resolvidas sem acesso ao corredor por meio de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o remota. O MVisu \u00e9 um m\u00f3dulo do Mlog Control Centers (MCC).
