A mudan\u00e7a gradual da moderna f\u00e1brica, incluindo os laborat\u00f3rios e locais de trabalho associados, levou nove meses e foi planejada e implementada em conjunto com a empresa de reloca\u00e7\u00e3o Harder Logistics de Neu-Ulm.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm\/Bad Camberg) &#8220;Conseguimos concluir o projeto, cujos primeiros planejamentos come\u00e7aram em meados de 2019, exatamente de acordo com o cronograma. Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 estreita e boa colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a BRITA, conseguimos manter os prazos mesmo sob as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da pandemia&#8221;, resume Hermann Allgaier, diretor executivo da Harder Logistics.<\/p>\n<p>No total, a empresa de reloca\u00e7\u00e3o desmontou 15 linhas de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o e produ\u00e7\u00e3o em Taunusstein, transportou-as para Bad Camberg, a 25 km de dist\u00e2ncia, e depois as reergueu na nova instala\u00e7\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. A planta desmontada na Su\u00ed\u00e7a foi armazenada na Harder Logistics em Neu-Ulm e entregue no novo local just-in-time. O verdadeiro desafio do projeto, segundo Allgaier, foi que a reloca\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu durante a produ\u00e7\u00e3o em andamento, e apenas a linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o afetada parava.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O esfor\u00e7o de planejamento foi enorme. Durante mais de um ano, trabalhamos em conjunto com a BRITA para definir cada passo com precis\u00e3o semanal. Todos os envolvidos foram coordenados de modo que a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o fosse a menor poss\u00edvel. Isso significou janelas de tempo muito curtas para os diversos atores&#8221;, detalha Allgaier.<\/p>\n<p>A nova instala\u00e7\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o da BRITA est\u00e1 localizada na \u00e1rea industrial &#8220;Im Gr\u00fcndchen II&#8221;, perto do acesso \u00e0 autoestrada A3. Em um terreno de 38.000 m\u00b2, foi criada uma f\u00e1brica de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo laborat\u00f3rios associados, com cerca de 100 postos de trabalho.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Pelo menos cinco funcion\u00e1rios no local em tempo integral<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>As etapas da reloca\u00e7\u00e3o duraram entre quatro e 30 dias, dependendo do tamanho e complexidade de cada linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. As primeiras reloca\u00e7\u00f5es come\u00e7aram logo ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da estrutura bruta, e os trabalhos no local ocorreram em conjunto com diversas outras especialidades. A equipe da Harder Logistics presente em Bad Camberg consistiu continuamente de pelo menos cinco funcion\u00e1rios.
