O novo armaz\u00e9m come\u00e7ar\u00e1 a operar no ver\u00e3o de 2022. Ser\u00e3o criados 52.000 espa\u00e7os adicionais para paletes no maior local operacional da Dachser.<\/p>\n<p>(Kempten\/Memmingen) &#8220;\u00c9 hora de investir na maior expans\u00e3o do centro log\u00edstico Allg\u00e4u at\u00e9 agora&#8221;, diz o gerente da filial Thomas Henkel durante a cerim\u00f4nia simb\u00f3lica da primeira escava\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;Nossos clientes existentes est\u00e3o crescendo cerca de cinco por cento ao ano e precisam de mais espa\u00e7o de armazenamento. O armaz\u00e9m \u00e9 totalmente automatizado e projetado para o armazenamento de produtos de alta rotatividade de diferentes clientes com uma alta propor\u00e7\u00e3o de paletes completos. Mais de 22 portas de carga e descarga para caminh\u00f5es, bem como uma \u00e1rea de transbordo de cerca de 2.600 metros quadrados, permitir\u00e3o a entrada ou sa\u00edda de cerca de 5.000 paletes por dia. O processo \u00e9 amplamente automatizado atrav\u00e9s da tecnologia de transporte instalada. No andar superior, ou seja, acima da \u00e1rea de carga, h\u00e1 uma \u00e1rea de 2.300 metros quadrados dispon\u00edvel para trabalhos manuais de separa\u00e7\u00e3o e embalagem.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gica e constru\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A energia necess\u00e1ria para operar o armaz\u00e9m de prateleiras altas \u00e9 gerada principalmente pela Dachser atrav\u00e9s de um sistema fotovoltaico com cerca de um megawatt de pot\u00eancia. Em per\u00edodos em que o sistema fotovoltaico n\u00e3o fornece energia suficiente, o armaz\u00e9m obt\u00e9m eletricidade neutra em CO<sub>2<\/sub> de 100% de energia hidrel\u00e9trica. Uma usina de cogera\u00e7\u00e3o (BHKW) de apoio tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 sendo considerada. Assim como o centro log\u00edstico Allg\u00e4u desde 2010, o novo armaz\u00e9m ser\u00e1 conectado \u00e0 rede de aquecimento urbano de uma usina de energia regional e poder\u00e1 obter calor de l\u00e1, mas tamb\u00e9m injetar energia excedente. Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 planejado que a eletricidade produzida internamente seja utilizada para carregar ve\u00edculos com propuls\u00e3o el\u00e9trica a bateria e, a longo prazo, tamb\u00e9m para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio. A compensa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental para as obras de constru\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada em estreita coordena\u00e7\u00e3o com a cidade de Memmingen atrav\u00e9s de um extenso plantio na \u00e1rea operacional. Al\u00e9m disso, toda a \u00e1gua da chuva gerada na \u00e1rea operacional ser\u00e1 direcionada para o abastecimento de \u00e1gua subterr\u00e2nea.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>O novo armaz\u00e9m \u00e9 um projeto \u00e2ncora<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Com o novo armaz\u00e9m em Memmingen, estamos realizando um projeto \u00e2ncora em um dos principais locais de log\u00edstica contratual na rede da Dachser&#8221;, diz Alexander Tonn, COO de Log\u00edstica Rodovi\u00e1ria da Dachser. &#8220;O local de Memmingen representa um amplo know-how em armazenamento e servi\u00e7os de valor agregado, bem como a perfeita conex\u00e3o com nossa poderosa rede de transporte europeia. Acima de tudo, o centro log\u00edstico Allg\u00e4u consegue melhorar continuamente o balan\u00e7o log\u00edstico de seus clientes no \u00e2mbito de uma colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de longo prazo e em parceria. O novo armaz\u00e9m contribuir\u00e1 significativamente para isso no futuro.&#8221;O centro log\u00edstico Allg\u00e4u em Memmingen \u00e9 o maior local operacional da Dachser no mundo. 880 colaboradores est\u00e3o envolvidos no transporte e armazenamento de bens industriais e de consumo, bem como de alimentos refrigerados e n\u00e3o refrigerados. 3.000 toneladas de alimentos e 2.500 toneladas de bens industriais e de consumo s\u00e3o movimentadas l\u00e1 diariamente.
