Em vez de ser transportada por estrada, at\u00e9 100.000 toneladas de sucata de a\u00e7o para a A\u00e7o Gerlafingen ser\u00e3o, a partir de agora, geridas logisticamente de forma que possam ser entregues sob demanda por via ferrovi\u00e1ria diretamente das docas su\u00ed\u00e7as para a f\u00e1brica de Gerlafingen. A Ultra-Brag AG \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo armazenamento tempor\u00e1rio e carregamento da sucata de a\u00e7o. Isso alivia as estradas de cerca de 4.000 caminh\u00f5es anualmente.<\/p>\n<p>(Berna\/Gerlafingen\/Birsfelden) A SBB Cargo j\u00e1 opera hoje no transporte interno na Su\u00ed\u00e7a para a A\u00e7o Gerlafingen. Agora, as duas empresas assinaram um contrato para transportes adicionais de sucata por via ferrovi\u00e1ria at\u00e9 2023. O in\u00edcio do transporte ocorreu em 8 de abril de 2021, a partir do terminal da Ultra-Brag em Birsfelden em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 f\u00e1brica de Gerlafingen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Import\u00e2ncia da reciclagem de a\u00e7o<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O a\u00e7o \u00e9 um dos materiais mais comuns e pode ser completamente reciclado. Como a maior empresa de reciclagem da Su\u00ed\u00e7a, a A\u00e7o Gerlafingen AG produz, para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil e a ind\u00fastria de m\u00e1quinas e metais, 99% de seus produtos a partir de sucata de a\u00e7o nacional e internacional. Anualmente, entre outros, 100.000 toneladas de sucata de a\u00e7o s\u00e3o entregues nos portos su\u00ed\u00e7os provenientes dos pa\u00edses vizinhos, Alemanha e Fran\u00e7a. At\u00e9 agora, a sucata de a\u00e7o era transportada por estrada para a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o, pois as quantidades vari\u00e1veis n\u00e3o eram adequadas para o transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio. Para uma maior flexibilidade na entrega e como uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte ecol\u00f3gica, os parceiros A\u00e7o Gerlafingen e SBB Cargo buscaram solu\u00e7\u00f5es para complementar a cadeia de suprimentos.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o log\u00edstica otimiza a cadeia de suprimentos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A solu\u00e7\u00e3o envolve um pequeno desvio e um terceiro parceiro: no terminal da Ultra-Brag no porto de Birsfelden, a sucata chega por via fluvial e caminh\u00e3o, \u00e9 armazenada e carregada conforme a necessidade em vag\u00f5es de trem para o transporte at\u00e9 Gerlafingen. Esta amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do conceito log\u00edstico atrav\u00e9s do armazenamento tempor\u00e1rio e do subsequente carregamento em vag\u00f5es de carga contribui para a transfer\u00eancia do tr\u00e1fego da estrada para a ferrovia. Isso significa, a partir de agora, uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de 4.000 caminh\u00f5es nas estradas anualmente. Para a A\u00e7o Gerlafingen, a nova solu\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte ecol\u00f3gica tamb\u00e9m permite um alto n\u00edvel de planejamento, entrega pontual e um processo simples atrav\u00e9s da parceria. A A\u00e7o Gerlafingen, Ultra-Brag e SBB Cargo otimizaram a log\u00edstica em toda a cadeia de suprimentos na f\u00e1brica e no transporte. O uso de recursos pode, assim, ser realizado de forma mais eficiente.
