Foram registadas 22 519 infra\u00e7\u00f5es, e em 4 207 casos os ve\u00edculos foram apreendidos ou os motoristas foram impedidos de continuar a viagem. Isso \u00e9 revelado no relat\u00f3rio publicado em conjunto pelo Escrit\u00f3rio Federal de Estradas (ASTRA) e pela Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Federal das Alf\u00e2ndegas (EZV) sobre os controlos de transporte pesado. Devido \u00e0 pandemia de Corona, menos ve\u00edculos de transporte pesado puderam ser controlados em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>(Berna) Os controlos de transporte pesado aumentam a seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria, garantem uma melhor conformidade com as normas e contribuem para uma concorr\u00eancia justa entre ferrovia e estrada. Assim, os cant\u00f5es intensificaram os controlos m\u00f3veis de transporte pesado a pedido da federa\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00e1 cerca de 20 anos. Em 2020, foram realizadas um total de 91 572 horas de controlos de transporte pesado, al\u00e9m do trabalho policial normal. Outras 96 169 horas de controlo foram realizadas nos centros de transporte pesado. Al\u00e9m das pol\u00edcias, a EZV tamb\u00e9m verifica, no \u00e2mbito dos controlos aduaneiros, ve\u00edculos e motoristas que entram ou saem da Su\u00ed\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Influ\u00eancia da Corona<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Com o primeiro confinamento devido \u00e0 Corona, o tr\u00e1fego de cami\u00f5es diminuiu significativamente na primavera de 2020. Assim, no final de mar\u00e7o, foram medidos 70 a 80% menos cami\u00f5es no t\u00fanel do Gotardo. Como o tr\u00e1fego diminuiu drasticamente e as pol\u00edcias precisavam de seus funcion\u00e1rios para outras tarefas no \u00e2mbito da gest\u00e3o da pandemia, os controlos de transporte pesado foram reduzidos durante o primeiro confinamento. No entanto, onde havia suspeitas de irregularidades, os ve\u00edculos continuaram a ser controlados. Com a flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas restritivas em maio de 2020, os controlos foram retomados sob medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o mais rigorosas em favor do pessoal.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Controlos de transporte pesado pelas pol\u00edcias<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>No total, em 2020, foram controlados 28 020 cami\u00f5es, semirreboques, furg\u00f5es e autocarros nos sete centros de controlo de transporte pesado. Isso representa uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de 10,2% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2019. Foram registadas infra\u00e7\u00f5es em 1 623 ve\u00edculos su\u00ed\u00e7os (+0,8%) e 7 573 ve\u00edculos e\/ou motoristas estrangeiros (-15,3%). Destes, 339 ve\u00edculos su\u00ed\u00e7os (+4%) e 2 033 ve\u00edculos estrangeiros tiveram que ser apreendidos e\/ou os motoristas foram impedidos de continuar a viagem (-30,5%).Al\u00e9m dos controlos nos centros de controlo de transporte pesado, as pol\u00edcias tamb\u00e9m realizam controlos m\u00f3veis. Em 2020, foram controlados um total de 57 041 cami\u00f5es, semirreboques, furg\u00f5es e autocarros (-6,9% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2019). Desses, 6 049 ve\u00edculos su\u00ed\u00e7os (-2,4%) e 3 475 ve\u00edculos e\/ou motoristas estrangeiros (-11%) foram infracionados; 1 202 ve\u00edculos su\u00ed\u00e7os (-10,6%) e 633 ve\u00edculos e\/ou motoristas estrangeiros (-19,9%) tiveram que ser apreendidos ou impedidos de continuar a viagem.As principais raz\u00f5es para as infra\u00e7\u00f5es e apreens\u00f5es continuam a ser, como nos \u00faltimos anos, o desrespeito pelas dimens\u00f5es e pesos (9 263 casos, -3% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2019), falhas t\u00e9cnicas (5 924 casos, -10,1% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2019) e o n\u00e3o cumprimento dos tempos de trabalho e descanso (3 315 casos, -23,2% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2019). Manipula\u00e7\u00f5es no sistema de escape (incluindo manipula\u00e7\u00f5es do Adblue) foram constatadas 34 vezes (-20,9% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2019). \u00c9 importante notar que, nesses n\u00fameros, podem ocorrer m\u00faltiplas men\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Controlos de transporte pesado pela EZV<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A EZV controlou em 2020 um total de 53 787 cami\u00f5es, semirreboques, furg\u00f5es e autocarros do ponto de vista policial. Desses, 299 ve\u00edculos su\u00ed\u00e7os e 3 500 ve\u00edculos e\/ou motoristas estrangeiros foram infracionados de acordo com a estat\u00edstica de transporte pesado. As principais raz\u00f5es para isso foram o desrespeito pelas dimens\u00f5es e pesos (3 306 casos), falhas t\u00e9cnicas (400 casos) e o n\u00e3o cumprimento dos tempos de trabalho e descanso (300 casos). M\u00faltiplas men\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o poss\u00edveis aqui.<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.astra.admin.ch\/astra\/de\/home\/themen\/schwerverkehr\/schwerverkehrskontrollen\/statistik.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Estat\u00edsticas dos controlos de transporte pesado 2020<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Novo centro de controlo no Ticino a partir de 2022<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Em outubro de 2020, foi lan\u00e7ada a pedra fundamental para o centro de controlo de transporte pesado (SVKZ) em Giornico. Este ser\u00e1 constru\u00eddo na \u00e1rea da antiga f\u00e1brica de a\u00e7o Monteforno. Ap\u00f3s a entrada em opera\u00e7\u00e3o deste SVKZ, o transporte pesado em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao Gotardo tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 ser controlado em um centro correspondente ao SVKZ Ripshausen no lado norte a partir de 2022.
