A dist\u00e2ncia era de apenas 800 metros, mas a tarefa era dif\u00edcil, pois tratava-se de grandes pe\u00e7as que precisavam ser transportadas de um galp\u00e3o para o porto pr\u00f3ximo, para embarque em um navio com destino final \u00e0 R\u00fassia.<\/p>\n<p>(Moers; Haren\/Ems) No total, 6 grandes trocadores de calor para duas instala\u00e7\u00f5es de liquefa\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s, que iam para a R\u00fassia, tiveram que ser transportados pelo grupo empresarial KAHL do galp\u00e3o pr\u00f3ximo ao porto at\u00e9 o navio de transporte no final do ano passado. Ap\u00f3s meses de trabalho preparat\u00f3rio, as pe\u00e7as individuais foram transportadas de diferentes locais de produ\u00e7\u00e3o para a empresa Barlage em Haren an der Ems. Aqui, no local, as pe\u00e7as foram montadas em um grande galp\u00e3o e completadas como enormes trocadores de calor. Os trocadores de calor consistiam em dois resfriadores com um peso de 658 t, dimens\u00f5es de 46,33 x 6,22 x 7,32 m (CxLxA), dois resfriadores com um peso de 429 t, dimens\u00f5es de 29,06 x 5,58 x 7,53 m (CxLxA), e dois resfriadores com um peso de 466 t, dimens\u00f5es de 32,25 x 6,42 x 6,95 m (CxLxA).<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Grandes Desafios Devido \u00e0s Condi\u00e7\u00f5es de Espa\u00e7o<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A KAHL Gruppe teve agora a tarefa de transportar os trocadores de calor do galp\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 o ponto de carga no cais do porto com seu equipamento de transporte pesado. Aqui, dois guindastes de carga pesada (LR 1600) aguardavam para levantar os trocadores de calor para o por\u00e3o do navio interior. Embora a dist\u00e2ncia de transporte fosse de apenas cerca de 800 m, os desafios devido \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de espa\u00e7o restrito eram enormes, pois todo o cais do porto precisava ser contornado.Para o resfriador de cerca de 658 t, a equipe de transporte utilizou seus comprovados m\u00f3dulos de carga pesada Goldhofer. Na configura\u00e7\u00e3o como reboque com 2 x 12 eixos PST\/SL-E P(1+1\/2), o colosso foi levantado hidraulicamente sem ajuda de guindaste externo. A combina\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos P(1+1\/2) \u00e9 uma chamada vers\u00e3o dividida. Aqui, um m\u00f3dulo de ve\u00edculo \u00e9 dividido longitudinalmente e acoplado paralelamente a outro m\u00f3dulo. Isso oferece, por um lado, uma estabilidade visivelmente melhor do que um ve\u00edculo de largura simples e, por outro lado, requer menos espa\u00e7o para manobrar do que a vers\u00e3o de largura dupla P(1+1). O respectivo ve\u00edculo de 12 eixos foi acionado por um potente Powerpack com 490 CV. Como os 658 t estavam fixados nos dois ve\u00edculos aut\u00f4nomos de uma vez e meia, foi quase uma obra-prima conseguir passar pelas tr\u00eas curvas de 90\u00b0 com um comprimento total de mais de 50 m e uma largura de carga de 6,43 m.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Algumas Manobras de Manobra Necess\u00e1rias<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Alguns obst\u00e1culos fixos (instala\u00e7\u00f5es de silo, muros, postes de luz etc&#8230;) e componentes de constru\u00e7\u00e3o estacionados for\u00e7aram os especialistas a realizar algumas manobras de manobra. Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 dire\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica de todos os eixos, o conjunto total p\u00f4de passar lentamente pelos trechos estreitos. Que tais transportes possam ser realizados tamb\u00e9m sem um eixo de giro (que oferece a vantagem de uma estabilidade de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o significativamente melhor) requer um trabalho preparat\u00f3rio meticuloso e muita experi\u00eancia em transporte, que a equipe de transporte bem treinada da KAHL e PIEPER demonstra diariamente. Apesar das adversidades, o cronograma foi cumprido e o navio interior p\u00f4de manter seu cronograma estipulado.
