O com\u00e9rcio online na Su\u00ed\u00e7a cresce extraordinariamente devido \u00e0 Covid-19 e faz um salto de tr\u00eas anos em 2020.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Principais conclus\u00f5es:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Em 2020, os consumidores su\u00ed\u00e7os compraram bens e produtos online no valor de 13,1 bilh\u00f5es de CHF, um aumento de 2,8 bilh\u00f5es de CHF ou 2% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior.<\/li>\n<li>As compras online dobraram em 6 anos.<\/li>\n<li>Os segmentos de m\u00f3veis, esportes e alimentos crescem acima da m\u00e9dia.<\/li>\n<li>O consumo online interno cresce 32% em 2020, enquanto as compras online no exterior aumentam apenas 5%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_9757\" style=\"width: 944px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9757\" class=\"wp-image-9757 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/GfK_10.3.21_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"934\" height=\"484\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-9757\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u00a9 HANDELSVERBAND.swiss<\/p><\/div>\n<h5><strong>Onde se compra?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Em 2020, foram encomendados na Su\u00ed\u00e7a bens no valor de 13,1 bilh\u00f5es de CHF por particulares no com\u00e9rcio online, dos quais<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11 bilh\u00f5es de CHF diretamente de empresas na Su\u00ed\u00e7a (compras em CHF, incluindo IVA, normalmente com um dom\u00ednio .ch)<\/li>\n<li>1 bilh\u00e3o de CHF diretamente do exterior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O com\u00e9rcio online cresce extraordinariamente devido \u00e0 Covid-19 e ao fechamento tempor\u00e1rio. A participa\u00e7\u00e3o do com\u00e9rcio online de alimentos salta de 2,8% para 3,5% em 2020, enquanto a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00e3o-alimento online \u00e9 agora de 18,9%.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>O que \u00e9 encomendado na Su\u00ed\u00e7a?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Mais uma vez, a eletr\u00f4nica de consumo foi a mais comprada online. Um volume de vendas superior a 3 bilh\u00f5es de CHF torna este setor o mais popular em termos de com\u00e9rcio online. Em 2020, 48% da eletr\u00f4nica de consumo foi comprada online. Em segundo lugar na escala de popularidade est\u00e1 o setor de moda\/cal\u00e7ados, com um volume de vendas online de 2,5 bilh\u00f5es de CHF, embora este segmento tenha crescido \u201capenas\u201d 15%. Os comerciantes omnichannel no setor online conseguiram taxas de crescimento percentuais ainda mais altas: saltos de crescimento de 100% ou mais n\u00e3o eram incomuns, embora esses desenvolvimentos geralmente tenham ocorrido a partir de uma base muito mais baixa.
