Desde o in\u00edcio do ano, um comboio circula diariamente na linha Dresden \u2013 Rostock \u2013 Dresden. O operador do comboio \u00e9 a LKW Walter Internationale Transportorganisation AG, com sede na \u00c1ustria.<\/p>\n<p>(Dresden\/Rostock) Desde o in\u00edcio do ano, um comboio completo do prestador de servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos austr\u00edaco LKW Walter, com semirreboques, circula na linha Dresden \u2013 Rostock \u2013 Dresden. Os destinos dos semirreboques est\u00e3o na Escandin\u00e1via, Sax\u00f4nia, Rep\u00fablica Checa e tamb\u00e9m na Pol\u00f3nia. O tempo de transporte entre o TrailerPort Alberthafen Dresden e o porto de Rostock \u00e9 de seis horas. Em Rostock, os semirreboques s\u00e3o carregados diretamente nos ferries para a Escandin\u00e1via. Assim, as regi\u00f5es do sul da Su\u00e9cia e da Dinamarca est\u00e3o ligadas diretamente \u00e0 Sax\u00f4nia, Rep\u00fablica Checa e tamb\u00e9m \u00e0 Pol\u00f3nia em 16 horas.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o importante para a transfer\u00eancia<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O Ministro dos Transportes, Martin Dulig: \u00bbCom esta nova oferta no Alberthafen Dresden, os semirreboques podem ser carregados diretamente para o comboio \u2013 sendo transportados de forma r\u00e1pida e ecol\u00f3gica numa \u00bbAutoestrada Rolante\u00ab. Com a transbordo de semirreboques no porto interior de Dresden e no porto de Rostock, os parceiros est\u00e3o a contribuir de forma importante para a transfer\u00eancia de transportes de mercadorias para o meio de transporte ecol\u00f3gico ferrovi\u00e1rio, aliviando assim as nossas estradas e fortalecendo a cadeia de transporte multimodal. Naturalmente, desejamos que mais empresas utilizem esta oferta e que possamos aumentar a propor\u00e7\u00e3o do transporte de mercadorias por ferrovia em benef\u00edcio do al\u00edvio das autoestradas.\u00ab No final de 2019, a SBO, no \u00e2mbito do projeto da UE CorCap*, entrou em contacto com a empresa LKW Walter atrav\u00e9s da sua subsidi\u00e1ria checa CSP e dos portos de Rostock. Juntos, conseguiram desenvolver a ideia para um TrailerPort, que agora foi implementada na pr\u00e1tica. Al\u00e9m da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura existente, a SBO investiu cerca de 500.000 euros de recursos pr\u00f3prios nas \u00e1reas de TI, expedi\u00e7\u00e3o, disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas e tecnologia de transbordo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Import\u00e2ncia especial dos portos interiores<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O diretor da SBO, Heiko Loroff: \u00bbNo contexto da necessidade de transfer\u00eancia de tr\u00e1fego, os portos interiores em toda a Europa t\u00eam atualmente uma import\u00e2ncia especial. Os portos j\u00e1 disp\u00f5em da infraestrutura, tecnologia e pessoal qualificado necess\u00e1rios. Eles est\u00e3o localizados em pontos de n\u00f3 log\u00edsticos j\u00e1 existentes e, portanto, t\u00eam as possibilidades correspondentes para a r\u00e1pida implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos de transfer\u00eancia.\u00ab Um fator importante para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o bem-sucedida do projeto foi o acesso ao mercado checo atrav\u00e9s da subsidi\u00e1ria CSP com os seus portos de Decin e Lovosice. Como a maior parte dos utilizadores desta linha de transporte est\u00e1 localizada em territ\u00f3rio checo, o conhecimento do mercado e o acesso ao mercado da SBO foram de grande vantagem e, em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, tamb\u00e9m decidiram que a LKW Walter escolheu a SBO como prestadora de servi\u00e7os integral. Al\u00e9m disso, a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Dresden \u00e9 excelente como ponto de transbordo, uma vez que a cidade est\u00e1 convenientemente situada nas autoestradas A4\/A13\/A14\/A17 como vias de transporte em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Pol\u00f3nia e \u00e0 Rep\u00fablica Checa.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Sobre a SBO<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A S\u00e4chsische Binnenh\u00e4fen Oberelbe GmbH (SBO) \u00e9 uma empresa de log\u00edstica multimodal e opera seis portos interiores pr\u00f3prios ao longo do Alto Elba: Dresden, Riesa, Torgau, Dessau-Ro\u00dflau, Decin (CZ) e Lovosice (CZ). Cada um dos locais oferece possibilidades de transbordo trimodal, de modo que os meios de transporte de barco interior, ferrovia e cami\u00e3o possam ser combinados de forma ideal para garantir cadeias de transporte fi\u00e1veis.<em>*CorCap<\/em><em>CorCap \u00e9 um sin\u00f3nimo de \u00abCapitalising TEN-T corridors for regional development and logistics\u201d e trata da melhoria das liga\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte no corredor Orient\/East-Med (OEM), que no sistema de transporte transeuropeu TEN-V, entre outros, se estende dos portos mar\u00edtimos e interiores alem\u00e3es atrav\u00e9s da Rep\u00fablica Checa e da Rep\u00fablica Eslovaca at\u00e9 \u00e0 Hungria. O projeto come\u00e7ou em abril de 2019 e dever\u00e1 ser conclu\u00eddo em 2022. O corredor OEM liga a Europa Central e do Sudeste.
