As respostas variaram de motores alternativos para caminh\u00f5es pesados at\u00e9 melhorias no sistema de reserva de slots e condu\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>(Hamburgo) Para continuar reduzindo as emiss\u00f5es de di\u00f3xido de carbono no tr\u00e1fego rodovi\u00e1rio, empresas e associa\u00e7\u00f5es do Porto de Hamburgo consideram mais promissor o incentivo ao desenvolvimento de motores alternativos para caminh\u00f5es pesados. Este \u00e9 um dos resultados da pesquisa realizada no \u00e2mbito do projeto europeu Smooth Ports entre os participantes. Em seguida, as medidas priorit\u00e1rias inclu\u00edram a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de processos (BOSS), uma estrat\u00e9gia de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es e a condu\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de processos em primeiro lugar<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Medidas concretas incluem a melhoria de um sistema de reserva de slots, uma plataforma para a convers\u00e3o de cont\u00eaineres de importa\u00e7\u00e3o em exporta\u00e7\u00e3o para evitar viagens vazias, bem como op\u00e7\u00f5es para otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do tr\u00e1fego. Os participantes da pesquisa avaliaram as medidas individuais em uma escala de 1 (inadequado) a 10 (muito adequado). Os stakeholders tamb\u00e9m indicaram que, no momento, apoiariam principalmente a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de processos, em segundo lugar tecnologias e combust\u00edveis alternativos, e em \u00faltimo lugar outras medidas, como a condu\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel. O sistema atual de reserva de slots recebeu uma m\u00e9dia de 6,6, e a gest\u00e3o inteligente de cont\u00eaineres vazios digital foi avaliada em 7,0. A pesquisa mostra qu\u00e3o importante \u00e9 a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos stakeholders quando se trata de quais medidas de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de CO2 s\u00e3o sensatas e vi\u00e1veis do ponto de vista empresarial. Os stakeholders concordaram que existem v\u00e1rias alavancas que podem ser acionadas para reduzir as emiss\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>V\u00e1rias medidas identificadas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A Hamburger Transport Consultancy identificou em um estudo encomendado pelo Smooth Ports e apresentado em novembro de 2020 v\u00e1rias medidas para reduzir as emiss\u00f5es de CO2 no Porto de Hamburgo. Ao mesmo tempo, os participantes da pesquisa avaliaram as medidas j\u00e1 implementadas, como DIVA, Container-Taxi e o Smart Area Parking. Os participantes concordaram com uma m\u00e9dia de 5,4 que essas medidas contribuem para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de CO2, mas tamb\u00e9m indicaram que mais medidas precisam ser tomadas. Smooth Ports \u00e9 um projeto Interreg-Europe que visa a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es de CO2 por caminh\u00f5es em \u00e1reas portu\u00e1rias. Para Hamburgo, a Autoridade de Economia e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o coordena as atividades do projeto como parceiro l\u00edder.
