Assim, uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a transi\u00e7\u00e3o no com\u00e9rcio de mercadorias com o Reino Unido ap\u00f3s o Brexit \u00e9 eliminada.<\/p>\n<p>(D\u00fcsseldorf) Quando o Reino Unido deixar a UE em 1 de janeiro de 2021, empresas de importa\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o temem que o com\u00e9rcio entre o antigo membro da UE e vice-versa n\u00e3o funcione mais sem problemas. Eles citam como motivo a falta de embalagens e paletes de madeira em conformidade com o IPPC, que a partir de 1 de janeiro de 2021 devem atender ao padr\u00e3o internacional para medidas fitossanit\u00e1rias ISPM 15 ao serem transportadas para o Reino Unido e de volta.<\/p>\n<p>Para o com\u00e9rcio internacional de mercadorias fora da UE, o padr\u00e3o ISPM 15 \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio desde 2002 para proteger as florestas nativas contra pragas. Para o transporte de mercadorias dentro da UE, o tratamento n\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio. Na importa\u00e7\u00e3o para pa\u00edses terceiros, o padr\u00e3o \u00e9 rigorosamente controlado e, na aus\u00eancia de tratamento do suporte de carga, a importa\u00e7\u00e3o de toda a mercadoria \u00e9 negada. A partir de 1 de janeiro de 2021, o Reino Unido ser\u00e1 considerado um pa\u00eds terceiro e, no transporte de mercadorias, as paletes de madeira ser\u00e3o controladas em todas as fronteiras para e dentro do Reino Unido quanto ao padr\u00e3o ISPM 15.<\/p>\n<h5>Tratamento reconhecido da madeira<\/h5>\n<p>O padr\u00e3o ISPM 15 exige o tratamento de madeira maci\u00e7a com uma medida reconhecida. Isso \u00e9 alcan\u00e7ado em todas as paletes EPAL por meio de um tratamento t\u00e9rmico (Heat Treatment) em c\u00e2maras secas. Isso \u00e9 reconhec\u00edvel pela marca\u00e7\u00e3o dos blocos centrais com a marca IPPC e o n\u00famero IPPC do licenciante, bem como pela abrevia\u00e7\u00e3o HT. As marca\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00f3 podem ser usadas por empresas registradas na autoridade fitossanit\u00e1ria competente. Os suportes de carga de madeira EPAL tamb\u00e9m podem ser usados sem restri\u00e7\u00f5es para importa\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias para o Reino Unido e de volta para a UE ap\u00f3s o Brexit.<\/p>\n<p>No regulamento t\u00e9cnico da EPAL, o tratamento de acordo com o padr\u00e3o ISPM 15 \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as paletes EPAL desde 2010. Na repara\u00e7\u00e3o, a EPAL exige que seus licenciados utilizem madeira nova e, al\u00e9m disso, que as empresas de repara\u00e7\u00e3o cumpram as regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es nacionais do ISPM 15.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia de Paletes e.V.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia de Paletes e.V. As paletes EPAL s\u00e3o fabricadas a partir de madeira cultivada de forma sustent\u00e1vel e neutra em CO2, s\u00e3o repar\u00e1veis, recicl\u00e1veis e reduzem as dist\u00e2ncias de transporte devido \u00e0 sua alta disponibilidade. Como uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o registrada, a EPAL n\u00e3o persegue interesses econ\u00f4micos e toma todas as decis\u00f5es no interesse de seus parceiros da ind\u00fastria, com\u00e9rcio e log\u00edstica.
