Com isso, eles refor\u00e7am o amplo apoio ao empreendimento financiado de forma privada. Este projeto transforma a log\u00edstica em parte da vida cotidiana. No in\u00edcio de 2021, o CST inicia a fase de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, ela come\u00e7a mais cedo do que o planejado originalmente e paralelamente \u00e0 discuss\u00e3o legislativa no Parlamento. Recursos antecipados de investidores su\u00ed\u00e7os possibilitam essa acelera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">(Basel) O CST recebe, com o lan\u00e7amento do comit\u00ea &#8216;Futuro da Su\u00ed\u00e7a com Cargo sous terrain&#8217;, amplo apoio de diferentes campos pol\u00edticos, bem como da economia, ci\u00eancia, associa\u00e7\u00f5es e sindicatos. Este engajamento \u00e9 de import\u00e2ncia crucial para o CST em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 lei federal sobre o transporte de mercadorias subterr\u00e2neo (UG\u00fcTG), que estabelece as condi\u00e7\u00f5es legais para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto intergeracional. O Conselho Federal enviou essa lei ao Parlamento em outubro. O CST espera que a discuss\u00e3o pelo Conselho dos Estados ocorra na primavera de 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">Compar\u00e1vel \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Gotardo<\/span><\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">&#8220;Cargo sous terrain consegue unir efici\u00eancia econ\u00f4mica com grande benef\u00edcio ambiental&#8221;, comemora a deputada nacional Katja Christ, membro do comit\u00ea. O senador Hans Wicki, presidente da Bauenschweiz, resume: &#8220;O projeto Cargo sous terrain \u00e9 compar\u00e1vel \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o do t\u00fanel do Gotardo no s\u00e9culo passado e ser\u00e1 considerado uma realiza\u00e7\u00e3o pioneira su\u00ed\u00e7a no futuro.&#8221; Para o deputado Roger Nordmann, o CST \u00e9 sin\u00f4nimo de &#8220;inova\u00e7\u00e3o, efici\u00eancia e benef\u00edcios ambientais&#8221;, enquanto o projeto garante a alta qualidade de vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o su\u00ed\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">Recursos chegam mais cedo do que o planejado<\/span><\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">Mais cedo do que o planejado, o CST pode come\u00e7ar a pr\u00f3xima etapa rumo \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o. A fase de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de constru\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a, gra\u00e7as a recursos antecipados de investidores do CST, j\u00e1 no in\u00edcio de 2021, o que d\u00e1 um novo impulso ao projeto. Originalmente, o in\u00edcio da fase de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de constru\u00e7\u00e3o estava previsto para 2022, ap\u00f3s a entrada em vigor do UG\u00fcTG.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">O amplo apoio da consulta p\u00fablica e os sinais positivos da pol\u00edtica em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 discuss\u00e3o parlamentar levaram os investidores a liberar recursos agora, para acelerar os trabalhos. Isso inclui o aprofundamento do planejamento at\u00e9 a maturidade para aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, o desenvolvimento da log\u00edstica urbana e preparativos t\u00e9cnicos em v\u00e1rias \u00e1reas. Gra\u00e7as a investimentos garantidos, todo o projeto est\u00e1 financiado at\u00e9 o in\u00edcio da constru\u00e7\u00e3o do primeiro trecho H\u00e4rkingen-Zurique em 2026. Est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis mais de CHF 100 milh\u00f5es para isso.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">Composi\u00e7\u00e3o ampla do comit\u00ea<\/span><\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">A ampla composi\u00e7\u00e3o do comit\u00ea e o apoio de cerca de 70 investidores refletem o princ\u00edpio fundamental do CST: inova\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o. O projeto intergeracional, totalmente financiado de forma privada e que \u00e9 possibilitado em dois ter\u00e7os por financiadores su\u00ed\u00e7os, re\u00fane grandes e pequenas empresas dos setores de transporte, log\u00edstica, varejo, telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es, seguros, finan\u00e7as, ind\u00fastria, TI e energia. No comit\u00ea de apoio, al\u00e9m de representantes das maiores empresas acionistas do CST, tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o outras personalidades da economia e da sociedade.
