Elas ser\u00e3o utilizadas em toda a rede de transporte de longa dist\u00e2ncia da RheinCargo. O primeiro foco de opera\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 na regi\u00e3o de Ingolstadt \/ Munique. \u00c9 l\u00e1 que tamb\u00e9m ocorre a forma\u00e7\u00e3o da maioria dos maquinistas. Com as novas locomotivas, a confiabilidade e a efici\u00eancia das ofertas da RheinCargo ser\u00e3o ainda mais aumentadas. Elas consomem n\u00e3o apenas menos energia do que as locomotivas mais antigas, mas tamb\u00e9m podem devolver significativamente mais energia durante a frenagem.
