Desde a pandemia de Corona, a quantidade de pacotes tem aumentado \u2013 as pessoas est\u00e3o comprando cada vez mais online, tanto globalmente quanto na Su\u00ed\u00e7a. Como resultado, os Correios est\u00e3o registrando quantidades recordes de pacotes processados. Quem faz pedidos online valoriza cada vez mais que o envio seja sustent\u00e1vel. Deseja-se embalagens mais ecol\u00f3gicas e um envio sem emiss\u00f5es. Portanto, a sustentabilidade \u00e9, para muitos consumidores, frequentemente um dos crit\u00e9rios de compra mais importantes.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Novas ideias e solu\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Assim, o tema se torna cada vez mais relevante para os comerciantes. Com a pesquisa de comerciantes online de 2020, a Hochschule Luzern, a pedido dos Correios Su\u00ed\u00e7os, investigou pela primeira vez a sustentabilidade no com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico su\u00ed\u00e7o do ponto de vista dos fornecedores. Isso mostra que, al\u00e9m dos produtos em si, as embalagens de envio e o envio contribuem para o balan\u00e7o de sustentabilidade das lojas online. Segundo a equipe de pesquisa da Hochschule Luzern, h\u00e1 uma necessidade de melhorias no envio. Assim, op\u00e7\u00f5es de envio sustent\u00e1veis, como o envio livre de CO<sub>2<\/sub>, s\u00e3o raramente oferecidas pelos comerciantes online.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Os Correios precisam encontrar novos caminhos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Os Correios est\u00e3o tentando encontrar novos caminhos na \u00e1rea de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de embalagem e envio ecol\u00f3gicas e tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o testando produtos inovadores, como a &#8220;Kickbag&#8221; \u2013 uma embalagem reutiliz\u00e1vel rec\u00e9m-desenvolvida, feita de PET reciclado e pl\u00e1stico. Materiais reutiliz\u00e1veis t\u00eam um impacto particularmente positivo no balan\u00e7o ecol\u00f3gico. Produtos como as embalagens dobr\u00e1veis dos Correios (\u201cPostPac\u201d), que s\u00e3o feitas de papel\u00e3o reciclado, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gicos, pois s\u00e3o leves, recicl\u00e1veis e toda a produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 compensada em CO<sub>2<\/sub>. Os Correios t\u00eam se concentrado em quest\u00f5es ambientais, clim\u00e1ticas e energ\u00e9ticas em sua estrat\u00e9gia de responsabilidade corporativa h\u00e1 anos, para melhorar ainda mais a efici\u00eancia em CO<sub>2<\/sub>.
