A Zetra tamb\u00e9m faz uma previs\u00e3o para o futuro pr\u00f3ximo do setor.<\/p>\n<p>(Basileia) O crescimento no mercado log\u00edstico su\u00ed\u00e7o desacelerou em 2019 devido ao menor crescimento econ\u00f4mico na Su\u00ed\u00e7a e nos pa\u00edses vizinhos (Estudo de Mercado Log\u00edstico GS1 Su\u00ed\u00e7a 2020). Para 2020, espera-se uma queda nas receitas, mas a gravidade dessa queda ainda \u00e9 incerta.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s um forte crescimento do volume do mercado log\u00edstico em 2018 de 3,1%, espera-se um aumento moderado de 1,9% em 2019, atingindo 41 bilh\u00f5es de CHF (GS1). Isso se deve \u00e0 taxa de crescimento do PIB su\u00ed\u00e7o. O Secretariado de Estado da Economia (SECO) prev\u00ea um aumento do PIB de 1,3% para 2019. Assim, o crescimento econ\u00f4mico desacelera em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior (3,2%). Os pa\u00edses vizinhos da Su\u00ed\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m apresentam taxas de crescimento moderadas. O crescimento em decl\u00ednio e o franco su\u00ed\u00e7o forte pressionam os setores orientados para a log\u00edstica e explicam o menor aumento nos servi\u00e7os relacionados \u00e0 log\u00edstica em 2019.<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6068 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Zetra_14.10.20-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" \/><\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>SECO prev\u00ea queda do PIB<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Devido \u00e0 pandemia de Corona, o SECO prev\u00ea uma queda do PIB de 6,2% em 2020. Com base na suposi\u00e7\u00e3o de que o PIB e o mercado log\u00edstico est\u00e3o intimamente relacionados, a corretora Bernstein prev\u00ea uma queda de 15% no transporte terrestre na Europa.<\/p>\n<p>O transporte mar\u00edtimo sofre uma queda semelhante. O \u00edndice de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de cont\u00eaineres log\u00edsticos do RWI\/ISL registrou uma queda recorde em fevereiro e n\u00e3o conseguiu se recuperar significativamente desde ent\u00e3o. Em maio de 2020, o valor do \u00edndice estava em 107,7 pontos, 7,3% abaixo do valor do ano anterior. A Kuehne + Nagel tamb\u00e9m relata desacelera\u00e7\u00f5es na carga e descarga de navios devido \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o das horas de trabalho dos trabalhadores portu\u00e1rios. Essas medidas foram adotadas em portos italianos para cumprir as diretrizes do COVID-19 e podem levar a atrasos nas entregas na Su\u00ed\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a apar\u00eancia do com\u00e9rcio online em expans\u00e3o \u00e9 enganosa. Durante o lockdown, as lojas tiveram que fechar em grande parte e os consumidores recorreram a canais de e-commerce. O Relat\u00f3rio de E-Commerce Su\u00ed\u00e7o 2020 prev\u00ea um aumento nas vendas do com\u00e9rcio online de at\u00e9 30% at\u00e9 o final do ano. At\u00e9 agora, a log\u00edstica contratual n\u00e3o conseguiu se beneficiar dessa tend\u00eancia. A mudan\u00e7a de canais de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o B2B para B2C leva a custos mais altos e margens mais baixas para as empresas de log\u00edstica. Um exemplo dessa din\u00e2mica \u00e9 a Kuehne + Nagel, o principal operador log\u00edstico contratual do mundo, que registrou uma queda de 11,3% nas receitas nesse setor no primeiro semestre de 2020.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>19 Transa\u00e7\u00f5es de M&amp;A Significativas em 2019<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>No mercado de transporte e log\u00edstica, houve 19 transa\u00e7\u00f5es significativas de M&amp;A com participa\u00e7\u00e3o su\u00ed\u00e7a nos \u00faltimos doze meses. O efeito da pandemia de Corona \u00e9 claramente vis\u00edvel. Com apenas duas transa\u00e7\u00f5es entre fevereiro e meados de maio, houve uma queda acentuada nas atividades de M&amp;A. Desde ent\u00e3o, com a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas de relaxamento em todo o mundo e a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o parcial da economia, mais transa\u00e7\u00f5es foram realizadas no setor de transporte e log\u00edstica su\u00ed\u00e7o. Transa\u00e7\u00f5es maiores, como a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da AMI Worldwide Limited africana pela CEVA Logistics, tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o sendo realizadas. A CEVA assume cerca de 1000 funcion\u00e1rios e pode assim fortalecer sua presen\u00e7a na \u00c1frica Oriental e Meridional.<\/p>\n<p>No segundo semestre de 2020, o mercado de M&amp;A pode se recuperar. Muitos neg\u00f3cios foram interrompidos devido \u00e0 pandemia e adiados para o segundo semestre de 2020, conforme relatado pelo NZZ. Um exemplo disso pode ser a participa\u00e7\u00e3o minorit\u00e1ria da Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) no Gruppo Messina italiano.
