A maior parte dos peixes importados foi de salm\u00e3o, cujas importa\u00e7\u00f5es aumentaram em 25% entre 2012 e 2019; assim, esse aumento em termos de volume foi cinco vezes mais din\u00e2mico do que o das importa\u00e7\u00f5es totais de peixe. A Noruega ocupou o primeiro lugar como mercado fornecedor.<\/p>\n<p>(Berna) O consumo de peixe na Su\u00ed\u00e7a aumentou no geral: as importa\u00e7\u00f5es subiram de 33.576 toneladas em 2012 para 35.299 toneladas (+ 5%) em 2019. Por pessoa, isso correspondeu a uma quantidade de 4,1 quilos de peixe e produtos pesqueiros. No entanto, ao longo de oito anos, a quantidade importada por habitante diminuiu em 80 gramas. Para compara\u00e7\u00e3o: no mesmo per\u00edodo, as importa\u00e7\u00f5es de carne e subprodutos comest\u00edveis de abate ca\u00edram de 102.652 para 82.301 toneladas (- 20%).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5703 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Fischimport_26.9.20_3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"539\" height=\"316\" \/>O desenvolvimento do salm\u00e3o destacou-se fortemente: as importa\u00e7\u00f5es de salm\u00e3o aumentaram em 25% em volume ao longo de oito anos, de 11.000 para 14.000 toneladas. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as importa\u00e7\u00f5es totais de peixe, as importa\u00e7\u00f5es de salm\u00e3o cresceram cinco vezes mais rapidamente, aumentando sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o em 6 pontos percentuais, de 34 para 40 por cento.<\/p>\n<h5>A maior parte dos peixes vem da Europa<\/h5>\n<p>A maior parte dos peixes veio da Europa (participa\u00e7\u00e3o: 81%). Em 2019, a Noruega manteve a lideran\u00e7a com uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 18%. Ao longo de oito anos, o pa\u00eds n\u00f3rdico aumentou suas entregas de peixe em 50%. Com um aumento de 51%, os Pa\u00edses Baixos tiveram o maior crescimento, subindo do sexto para o segundo lugar. A Fran\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m aumentou sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o, de 9 para 10%, posicionando-se em terceiro lugar, atr\u00e1s dos Pa\u00edses Baixos.
