A burocracia na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de ramais e a falta de esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carga suficientes na \u00e1rea s\u00e3o especialmente criticadas.<\/p>\n<p>(PresseBox: Berlim) O Minist\u00e9rio Federal dos Transportes (BMVI) publicou em junho de 2020 o plano mestre de transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio. No \u00e2mbito do pacote de est\u00edmulo, 7,5 bilh\u00f5es de euros devem ser disponibilizados para a renova\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura. Em um documento de posi\u00e7\u00e3o, a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Madeira Bruta (AGR) se manifesta criticamente: a reforma cont\u00e9m poucas medidas para promover o transporte de mercadorias.<\/p>\n<p>O transporte de mercadorias \u00e9 considerado nos planos do BMVI principalmente atrav\u00e9s da expans\u00e3o do n\u00famero de trilhos, da eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o adicional e da igualdade no cronograma de transporte na Alemanha. Este prev\u00ea uma frequ\u00eancia de meia hora para trens de passageiros em todos os eixos principais de tr\u00e1fego na Alemanha, sem que o transporte de mercadorias seja restringido.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, h\u00e1 uma necessidade de melhorias, pois, em vista das economias de CO<sub>2<\/sub>, o transporte de madeira deve ocorrer cada vez mais por ferrovia. &#8220;Muitas empresas da ind\u00fastria madeireira transportariam mais madeira por trem se os procedimentos de configura\u00e7\u00e3o para ramais, que ainda s\u00e3o demorados hoje, fossem desburocratizados e houvesse uma rede abrangente de centros de carga de madeira&#8221;, comenta Leonhard Nossol, presidente da AGR.<\/p>\n<h5>Falta de esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carga em \u00e1reas rurais<\/h5>\n<p>Particularmente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 prov\u00e1vel continuidade da gera\u00e7\u00e3o de madeira danificada por tempestades e insetos, o transporte atrav\u00e9s de esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carga em \u00e1reas rurais poderia proporcionar um al\u00edvio r\u00e1pido nas florestas. &#8220;Somente atrav\u00e9s do r\u00e1pido transporte da madeira danificada podemos proteger as florestas de danos adicionais massivos, e o transporte por ferrovia desempenha um papel fundamental nisso&#8221;, acrescenta Lukas Freise, diretor executivo da AGR.<\/p>\n<p>Uma pesquisa entre os membros da AGR e da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Federal da Ind\u00fastria de Serras e Madeira da Alemanha (DeSH) confirma: A falta de esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carga na \u00e1rea \u00e9 um dos maiores obst\u00e1culos \u00e0 expans\u00e3o do transporte de madeira por ferrovia.<\/p>\n<p>O plano mestre de transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio \u00e9 um passo na dire\u00e7\u00e3o certa. No entanto, do ponto de vista da AGR, o foco est\u00e1 muito na programa\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte de passageiros na Alemanha.
