Em meados de abril, 14 parceiros de rede se reuniram no espa\u00e7o virtual para o kick-off, a fim de juntos tra\u00e7ar o rumo para a reorienta\u00e7\u00e3o da rede.<\/strong>(Fulda, 27.04.2020) J\u00e1 antes da crise do Corona, o setor de log\u00edstica estava sob enorme press\u00e3o: a escassez de motoristas, a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o e encarecimento das taxas de ped\u00e1gio, bem como a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital representavam desafios dif\u00edceis de enfrentar para muitas transportadoras. &#8220;Agora a situa\u00e7\u00e3o se agravou ainda mais&#8221;, diz o diretor da VTL, Andreas J\u00e4schke. Por isso, o in\u00edcio do VTL Next ocorreu para ele exatamente no momento certo. &#8220;N\u00e3o queremos apenas reagir, mas moldar nosso futuro com nossas pr\u00f3prias for\u00e7as. Quanto mais cedo come\u00e7armos, melhor&#8221;, afirma J\u00e4schke. O objetivo \u00e9 transformar a VTL em uma rede mais moderna e ainda mais atraente, com uma ampla gama de servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Estamos fortes e s\u00f3lidos e temos muito know-how. Queremos construir sobre isso e agora dar os pr\u00f3ximos passos rumo ao futuro&#8221;, diz o chefe da VTL. Para isso, o conselho de supervis\u00e3o e a administra\u00e7\u00e3o definiram uma s\u00e9rie de medidas. Por exemplo, os jovens talentos na rede devem ser mais envolvidos no desenvolvimento de temas futuros. Outro ponto central da reorienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, os servi\u00e7os devem ser avaliados em tempo h\u00e1bil, principalmente sob a perspectiva da conectividade digital e novas solu\u00e7\u00f5es online.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, trata-se da futura gest\u00e3o de partes e uma condu\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e1fego otimizada, para que mais transportes diretos possam ser organizados. &#8220;Os participantes do evento de kick-off formaram cinco grupos de trabalho para avan\u00e7ar em cada um dos temas&#8221;, explica a l\u00edder do projeto da VTL, Fabienne Gaschler.
