Eles querem promover o tr\u00e1fego de navios em Basileia. Em particular, a IG CNB defende a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do Porto 1 e \u00e9 contra a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo Porto 3.<\/p>\n<p>(Basileia, 05.02.2020) A comunidade de interesses IG Capit\u00e3es de Navio Basileia (IG CNB), fundada no outono passado, est\u00e1 a gerar grande interesse entre os capit\u00e3es de navio profissionais que regularmente visitam os portos fluviais de Basileia. Em poucas semanas, mais de cem capit\u00e3es de navio j\u00e1 se juntaram \u00e0 IG CNB. A cria\u00e7\u00e3o da IG CNB foi desencadeada pelos planos do governo de Basileia para desativar o atual Porto 1 no porto fluvial de Kleinh\u00fcningen e substitu\u00ed-lo por um novo Porto 3, que est\u00e1 localizado em uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o muito menos favor\u00e1vel do ponto de vista do tr\u00e1fego.Com a decis\u00e3o de hoje do Conselho Federal de criar a base legal para o transporte de mercadorias subterr\u00e2neo, o projeto intergeracional CST alcan\u00e7ou mais um marco. A lei \u00e9 a condi\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via para a poss\u00edvel realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema log\u00edstico global inovador. Ela estabelece condi\u00e7\u00f5es claras para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o das instala\u00e7\u00f5es e a seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica necess\u00e1ria para os investidores. Isso abre caminho para um procedimento de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de planos unificado.<\/p>\n<p>Para uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de navios eficiente<\/p>\n<p>O capit\u00e3o de navio de Basileia e iniciador da nova IG, Thomas Schweizer, est\u00e1 convencido: &#8220;Para uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente nos portos fluviais de Basileia, \u00e9 absolutamente necess\u00e1rio o Porto 1. O Porto 1, que pode ser acessado diretamente, j\u00e1 pode ser operado de forma extremamente eficiente e poderia ser desenvolvido com investimentos modestos para atender \u00e0s futuras necessidades da navega\u00e7\u00e3o profissional&#8221;. O planejado Porto 3, que segundo os planos do governo de Basileia ser\u00e1 realizado com milh\u00f5es de euros de impostos e deve substituir o atual Porto 1, \u00e9 considerado ineficiente do ponto de vista da navega\u00e7\u00e3o. O planejado Porto 3 deve ser conectado em \u00e2ngulo reto ao Porto 2 existente e s\u00f3 seria acess\u00edvel para os navios atrav\u00e9s do estreito Porto 2.<\/p>\n<p>Porto 3 prejudica a competitividade<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O Porto 3 s\u00f3 pode ser acessado em tr\u00e1fego de m\u00e3o \u00fanica e com uma curva estreita de 90 graus&#8221;, diz Schweizer: &#8220;Esses s\u00e3o manobras extremamente exigentes e demoradas, especialmente porque tudo deve ser repetido para tr\u00e1s. Para a navega\u00e7\u00e3o, isso significa: custos adicionais, pois a chegada n\u00e3o pode mais ser planejada, e menos efici\u00eancia.
